From top to bottom these people are polite, curtious, hard working, and most importantly HONEST. Ms. Sheryl in the office has been the most accommodating person to deal with every time you call or go into the office. Jason came out the first time to meet with us and told us what we needed to hear, not what we wanted to hear. We even had several conversations on the phone after our meeting to answer more questions I had. The men who came out to install our unit worked all day till about seven that evening to finish the job. Once again , they were polite hard working and took the time when they were through to sweep and clean up after they had finished the installation. The crew chief went over everything with me and made sure we understood how to operate the thermostat .Alex has been out to do an inspection on the unit and just like everyone else he was a knowledgeable and polite you g man to deal with .I don't think anyone could ask for better people to deal with. Thank you all at Phelps heating and air.

We've used Phelps on a new construction, repairs on an old unit, and now to replace an old unit - and the service has been high quality, friendly, and professional. We wouldn't have kept using them otherwise. Quality company.

Have never had anything but great service from these folks. My mom had problems this week and even though she was not a customer before, I called these guys. They were at her house within the hour, did a great job and charged a very reasonable fee. I've been happy with them but now I'm double happy. Thanks guys!

Very good reliable service. Even came out on a weekend to get us back and running!!! Guys took their shoes off when walking inside and were very respectful!! I don't usually give 5 stars but they deserve it!!

My main unit died over the weekend and they were able to come out and replace it two days later. Technicians that came out and did a great job!
