I'm really disappointed in the administration for this company as well as the customer service. Being in a small town like Monroe, you would think the owner would have some type of courtesy when doing business with another business owner. I woudl not reccomend this company if they were the last business in town. When I do business, if your attitude is not appealing, I will find another company to do business with. If you are looking for a "hot head" then J&J is your go to.

Don't spend money with a company that's going to be rude!

The gentleman that came to fix our a/c was professional and informative. He let me know what the problem was and fixed it in a few minutes. I would gladly use them again.

Appointment for 9am and second guy didn't show up until 10:30am.
Quoted 500.00 and had a 100.00 off coupon, so they charged me 600.00 and took off the 100.00 discount to make it the original price quoted so no savings at all.

Only leaving a one star because I can't put zero. The owner is incredibly unprofessional and rude!! We had them come out to fix a problem that was related to their negligence in the beginning and they sent us a bill for it. We called them about it, and instead of working with us to find a solution, he yelled and cussed us out before hanging up. Do not use these guys!

The owner John and his wife is awesome they help me out so much.. I’m so thankful for them very responsive set up my new ac units.. very polite I recommend them to anyone if you want affordable and excellence

I called this company at 11 a m , he called me in about an hour and said he was on his way, this company was recommended by a friend. Excellent service and very friendly. I would recommend this company to everyone. Thanks for the great service.
