J&J Heating and Air

They gave me the best price for replacing my A/C and heating system, very professional, on time, polite, it only took 3 hours to remove old units and install new units, they cleaned up everything beautifully. Would highly recommend them.

I called around to several different heating and air companies getting quotes on a new unit and I received prices from $8,000.00 up to $17,000.00 and I just couldn't afford those. So I was willing to just deal with my old unit. Then I found an ad for J&J heating and air. The owned Jimmy came by looked around and quoted me $3,800.00 and if I wanted up upgrade he would do it for his cost and that would be put me at $4,700.00. So after about 2 weeks I called J&J and his wife did a credit check for me and I was approved. The next week my unit was installed and I've been over the moon with J&J and the whole process with them. I had my unit installed the end of August. My bill before the installation was $198.00, my next months bill was $144.00 and today I received my new bill and it is $89.00. In just a month's time my power bill has dropped $100.00. Thank you J&J heating an air. You've made my life so much better and cooler.

I was very pleased with Randy (service man) this morning with my air conditioning issues. He was very courteous & concerned. He also took his time to share the options for me to replace the unit next summer because the unit I have now is a very old & also leaking a freon. After talking with him, I have planned to replace the unit next year but I don't believe I will use this company again. I have called the company to ask them about being over charged for thermostat after doing some research of my own but the owner's wife's response was unbelievable. Her attitude was so nasty & hateful that I immediately felt sorry for the employees. I should have read the reviews before I called them but since they were referred to me by my neighbor, I didn't have any doubt. I learned my lesson! I would still give Randy 5 stars in my heart. He was an excellent service man. I know it's not my business but J/J definitely has a wrong person in the office for customer service. I know one thing for sure that I will have whole summer to find other heating & air company to replace my unit next spring. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE BY PAYING $275.00 FOR THE BASIC THERMOSTAT WHICH YOU CAN ORDER SAME ONE FOR $66.00.

Do not use this company!! After 15 minutes of being at our home he told us we had to get a whole new furnace and compressor and was charged $140 for absolutely NOTHING. The very next day another company came out and fixed our air conditioning with no problem. Liars just trying to take advantage of people.

Made us wait all day, didn’t answer any calls to see when we would expect them to arrive-they go straight to voicemail.
When they did finally show up (almost 7pm) they didn’t do anything but made our unit worse.

J and J does great work, all the guys are nice come in and do what they need to do. They make sure to ask to fix something instead of just doing it and charging you for it. It is really AWESOME how they clean up after themselves and handle themselves in a professional manner in front of customers. The owners Jimmy and Jeanne are too kind. It is so amazing how they foward the phones to their cellphones on the weekends and after hours so they can always answer your call and send someone to help immediately! I also LOVE LOVE LOVE how they do financing through synchrony bank to help thode who get aproved help pay their bill! GREAT WORK J&J!

They were extremely responsive and quick to arrive when our unit went out. They laid out all the options for me to make a well informed decision. They quickly put me on the schedule and got everything completed efficiently. Thank you for your help and professionalism. I highly recommend this company.

J and J did great on fixing a non-draining drain. We had a bad pipe that ended up breaking during the fix. They fixed it, no extra charge. I will be using them again.

J and J replaced my HVAC unit in August of 2015 when my unit froze up and quit on me. They had a new unit installed the NEXT day. They warrantied the unit and guaranteed their service. Everything has worked perfectly with this new unit. No problems with A/C or the heat this winter. I had to get a home equity line of credit which took some time and they waited patiently to get paid. WHAT? Yes they did not hound me, and I was so grateful.

Thanks guys for providing quick and thorough service with a smile. I will definitely recommend y'all to anyone who needs HVAC services.
