Jimmy was fantastic. He was friendly and thorough. My unit is in my attic and bless his heart..was drenched. Thank goodness it was an easy fix and he was very quick. My AC is working and after two weeks of no air....it is refreshing. BONUS dor Jimmy.....he got popsicles!!

They sent out a tech by the name of Jermaine. This guy knows his stuff. On time,easy to get along with and knowledgeable about my hvac system. He has serviced two of my properties I couldn't be happier. After wading through a sea of crappy contractors finally I have a pro. Good job.

Very poor customer service. A technician did a routine check up on my furnace but forgot to turn it on. Subsequently, I called for service. I was charged a full sevice fee even after it was determined that the problem was the result of the prior technician not turning it on.

This is absolutely the worst customer service of all time. I've made several calls and they don't want to help me fix the issue. They have my money and have not done the work. Mark made a mistake and the secretary doesn't seem to want to help. Absolutely insane how terrible they are at their job. I'm filing a BBB complaint as well.
Horrible customer service, Horrible company, they sent technician Robert does a diagnosis but they did not send it to the AHS, called them every week in almost for 4 weeks, no respond. They deserve ZERO STAR for their service!!! Stay far away from this company.
