    Horrible experience with Express Comfort Heating & Air in Marietta. The first technician who came out to look at furnace stole my Service invoice fee. My boyfriend paid him in cash and the original receipt the technician gave to him states $0.00. Instead of him giving my bf a new receipt the Technician wrote over the copy $75.00 and gave it back to my boyfriend. Now I have a bill from my home owners insurance saying I never paid the bill. This technician's name is Fonte Wright. Second, a new set of technicians have came over my house for a total of five times and my heat is still not working. I requested different technicians and they send over the same ones.They literally come over for 2 minutes and all of a sudden my furnace is fixed. They have come into my home unannounced and they took the liberty of using my bathroom without asking. I have been without heat for the past two months, I have to turn on my oven and leave it open for my home to get warm. My bf is sick and a freezing home does not make the situation better as we cannot afford to stay in a hotel room. I have spoken with the manager regarding this issue and she did not express any concern. I do not recommend Express Comfort Heating & Air in Marietta to anyone.

    I went through this company with AHS. I had trouble with AHS (it took a month to get the parts), but originally thought that they did a pretty good job. However, now my heat wont turn on, and instead of doing right by their work, they've redirected me to AHS instead of fixing something that clearly is an issue with the brand new system they installed. They even tried to say it has nothing to do with something they installed, when it does as they replaced a heat pump. I have to repay a service fee and work with an entirely new company, when they should fix an issue that's come out of their work.

    Edit: I paid for my condo associations preferred vendor to come and fix the issue. Turns out the system was wired completely incorrectly (hard wired to cool instead of the way a heat pump should be wired), and too much kw were wired for the auxiliary heat which was tripping breakers and a safety hazard. Took him about 20 minutes to get the system working properly.

    They were kind, courteous, professional and got the job done! They determined the issue, drove to Marietta for a part and came back an hour later to finish the job same day! They also won’t give you any lines about not touching your WiFi thermostats like other local heating and air companies who point fingers and leave you hanging. They will pinpoint the issue and help you resolve it. Definitely recommend!

    This companies tech serviced this unit months prior to me moving in. He turned it off due to finding mangled filter and they do not replace filters so it sat off. I move in not knowing. Warranty call and informs me of needing filter. But then finds evaporator needs replacing. Same tech from before and should have identified and repaired before I had to deal with it because the unit has been off since then. Now it will almost be 4 weeks without a/c in Summer.

    The company responded to my request for service very quickly. The technician worked on my system trying several ways to get it to work. He was able to determine the problem and the components needed to repair the unit. His company will obtain the required parts and will return to repair the unit. Great work!!

    Excellent work outside in slight rain. The AC was not working, the wife was stressed trying to sleep. When the techs arrived, they asked the right questions. Told them the AC had been shut off for over 24 hours. Shut off AC at the inside at blower/furnace motor. Went back outside and within two minutes identified the problem. Tech got a new capacitor and within 10 minutes, we had Air. Techs took time to explain why capacitors tend to fail and how they tested the old one.
    Long story short: God is good, AC fixed inexpensively compared to buying a new unit, momma is happy!!

    These guys are thieves do NOT trust them

    They removed my refrigerant without advising me

    Then tell me there was only 4lbs in there

    And it will cost me $600 to fill!
    Oh and did I mention another reputable company had been out 3 days prior and shown me 11lbs present and express confirm NO leak found through their isolation test and other leak test hmmmmm

    Technician Fred was great. The office was where the extreme failure occurred. Before the tech left we gave them a number they can call once they got the part, which was in the next day. They informed us they would be out before the end of the week. We are dealing with a death of a mother so time is very important. Ecpecialy since we have family coming in. So the office happily ignored the number that was not only given verbally but also writen on the contract with instructions. After not getting a hold of us, I finally called them. Whithout empathy they would not fit us in their schedule. Which would have honored what was communicated to us on Monday. I have taken two days off and now a third one to accomadate them. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The owner was not only unaccomadating, unprofessional and without empathy to the situation. This is a company that needs new leadership.
