Express Comfort Heating and Air LLC

I feel sorry for anyone that gets assigned this contractor through American Home Shield (or mistakenly hires them). Express Comfort was assigned to us through our American Home Shield Home warranty to fix our central AC. They made several attempts to fix our AC and each time they came out (4 appointments scheduled over 3 weeks) they were hours late and at one appointment never showed up. They were suppose to replace a motor and after waiting over a week for the part to come in, they came to install the wrong part. It is now obvious that they are working with the warranty company to avoid having to replace the unit and do the least amount of work possible. Call hold times for this company and AHS are absurd. Please don't waste you time and money.

They contacted us first thing in the morning (we requested our insurance to find a service company the night before) and had availability within a few hours. Mind you, the previous night's temp was 27°, they're prompt and fast response was PERFECT. Our tech came, fixed our problem, and we had our heater back to working condition. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

This was a great service call. I got an appointment quickly, the contractor called me before he came and I didn't have to wait around all morning. His truck was clean and so was he. He was friendly and listened to my issues and we agreed on the work before he started. He answered all my questions. All around it was a good experience and I would use this company again. Ask for Fonte! He was really excellent.

Awesome. Right on time. Given notice the technician was on his way. Nice technician and polite. Diagnosed the system and the main board was bad.
Sadly the part was $1500.00. I went after a second quote same solution same cost. Signed up with American Home Shield. Paid the first year cost of $900.00. I waited a week then called American Home Shield. I had to pay a $75.00 cash charge. Technician told me yeppers the same thing. $1500.00 system main board..yes sir you are covered. Cost me $975.00. Saved $700.00. Freon is expensive but this worked out better than I could have imagined. Three years later the spindle in a front load dryer broke. Called American Home Shield..yes sir. You are covered. They were not able to repair the dryer at a low enough cost so they cut us a check to buy another new one. Rock on.Thank you.

Would have given 5 stars if parts had been readily available. Other than that the service was great. Fredrick did a great job explaining the issue and came as soon as the part was available to complete the repairs. He arrived first thing that morning. I think I may have been a little delirious from going 1.5 weeks without ac but they were on it. Thank you Express Comfort Heating and air!

Express Comfort Heating and Air are awesome! I'm not easy to get in contact with at times due to the nature of my job, but they were digliant in reaching me and working with my schedule to get to my home. Long story short, my motherboard blew and my home has been cold recently. Today, Bob came in, inspected my unit and gave me a thorough breakdown of the problem, as well as offered a solution. I was introduced to Express Comfort Heating and Air through my Homeowners' insurance, a company I trust, as they always send me competent service people. Bob and ECHA are such professionals. He reached out to my homeowners insurance and pleaded my case, together they implemented that solution and managed to get my hvac up and working in a few short hours. Quick, efficient and simply amazing!

They were assigned to me with AHS. They arrived on time, and worked hard to diagnose the problem. They worked with AHS to get the job approved and got it fixed shortly after. The whole process only took 3 days. Very thankful for their service.

Express Comfort was dispatched thru HSA Home Warranty. They called me very quickly to schedule date/time. The gentleman that arrived was very prompt, courteous and super knowledgeable. He was able to determine we had a leak in the Evap Coil of our heat pump. Parts have been ordered and he will contact us once part arrive to schedule install. top notch overall

Total garbage company. I Used AHS to file a claim for a blocked condensate line and they sent this company out.

In the process of trying to unclog the drain the technician broke the line in the wall. He then told me there was nothing he could do to fix it until I provided access meaning I would have to open the wall which of course they refused to cover the cost of.

They had the option to rerun the line through the pluming which would have been a cheep, quick, effective, and easy alternative but they refused. Instead telling me that I had to get another company to open the wall which they absolutely would not reimburse me for.

Garbage company avoid at all costs.

We contacted Express Comfort Heating and Air via our home warranty service. About 5 weeks after our home purchase, we discovered a pool of water in the basement. It had overflowed the pan under the unit servicing our downstairs. It took a few guesses to diagnose the actual problem, but Sammy, the technician who was dispatched to our home, stuck with it. When he was sure the diagnosis was correct, he was quite efficient at fixing the problem. The issue has so far not recurred.
