E. Smith is the best HVAC contractor I have ever used. It’s funny how I always had ‘something wrong’ with my systems with previous service companies, but since E. Smith took over maintenance, everything has run smoothly.

The techs do a great job servicing our HVAC units and we have a lot of them to service. We have used E Smith for a number of years. If we were not satisfied, we would have changed by now.
The techs were timely, courteous, and respectful. Only complaint is paying nearly $400 in parts that actually cost about $30. This company grossly overcharges for parts just like any other.
Nona in the service department, top notch, second to none. Service techs, rarely disappointed. Parts department, awful. Have been a loyal customer of E.Smith for well over a decade. New Carrier Infiniti system in 2013 and an ESA customer. Today marks day 15 with no heat from my older zoned Carrier unit for our main level and basement, we have two Infiniti systems. I've placed not one but two calls to the parts department over the past two days to inquire if the $1,600 part their technician said was needed has arrived. Was told on day one, the parts department was at lunch and I would get a call back when she returned. No call back. On day two, the parts department told me "the supplier's servers were down" but she would call them and then call me back. Still no call back. Rather than waste my time on another call to their parts department, another promised but undelivered call back, and another excuse for not having an answer, I'll drive over to their offices in Marietta and maybe I can find out if the part was actually ordered in 2022 and can be expected to be received in 2023.
