    The technician was so helpful and professional. He made sure that he put shoe covers on before he came in the house which of course is appreciated. He diagnosed and resolved the issues very quickly. He then showed me the yearly maintenance program they have which is going to save me money and make sure my units are running properly. Highly recommended this company!

    Always on time, techs are professional and polite, down to the covers on the shoes:). Also nice having the same tech most of the time(I get the same 1-2 techs each time, not a bunch of turnover). They installed 1 complete zoned system and are out every 6 months to do the regular maintenance. I purchase my own filters and they install them, no high pressure to buy new ones from them. Overall a great, reliable company that takes care of all my HVAC needs.

    E. Smith always does a good job maintaining our HVAC systems and Kenneth was once again professional, courteous and efficient. However, there was one problem I pointed out to him concerning leakage around the wall penetration to the outside of the condensate drain for the lower AC unit. He stated that this kind of problem would come under a different unit with E. Smith and if I wanted them to fix it, I would have to call that unit at an additional cost. While this may be within the protocols of the company, I was disappointed that such a problem couldn't be handled under the maintenance contract as it seems to be a maintenance problem.

    I called e-smith for a 2nd opinion. My original service provider said I needed a whole new system @ $12,000. The unit is 4.5 years old. e-smith thoroughly checked the system and determined it was just a bad XTV value. Nothing else wrong. I got a service agreement with them (great deal) and they will be back to do the repair. Justin explained everything thoroughly and I felt like I had a good understanding of what was wrong and how to fix it. You can trust these guys!

    HVAC stopped cooling. Call for service was made at 7:11 pm on a Saturday and repair was made by 8 15 pm. the technician was professional and efficient. The after hours call service person was friendly and efficient also.
