Mark has been absolutely amazing! Our AC was giving us a lot of issues and he didn’t stop until he figured it out. We really appreciated the time and attention he spent on making sure everything was right and keeping us in the loop the whole time. I would 100% recommend using them!

Mark Chambers was Wonderful Brookes husband Saved Santa from the HEAT. Diagnosed on the Phone, Brought part. 1 hr later was finished. He checked everything replaced my transformer, checked capacitor and Motor, replaced my Filter, and was the nicest Fellow ever. Santa has a new Favorite.

My wife and I bought a heating/ac unit from Dass probably 20 years ago. It has given great service and we have a Dass rep check it out each year. If you need a new unit or service on the one you have, I would highly recommend using Dass.
