Technicians were very quick to respond (even on the weekend) when we first had a problem. They were professional in their work and their interactions with my wife and me. They worked with us to find the best solution to our problem and once we chose to replace our system (our choice), they were fantastic in their pricing and bringing existing work from previous company up to code. Everyone with which we worked were genuinely "customer service first" in their actions.

Company advertises 24 hour service. Website doesn’t explain that you must have a service contract with them in order to obtain service. I was told to call the office the next business day. Not sure why the technician told me to call at all. Because he also said that they were not taking any new customers. I waited over an hour for the call to get that bad news

They have been prompt and courteous. The technicians know what they're doing so when they fix it, it's fixed. And they are reasonable on price. I am very happy with the service from Conditioned Air.

I've called on Conditioned Air a couple of times in recent years, and have always been pleased with the service I've received. Their technicians are professional, knowledgeable and have a keen eye for detail. Just yesterday morning, I called for emergency service on my heat pump, and they worked me into their schedule by afternoon. Jeff was already waiting at my house when I arrived. He identified my problem right away, and did a quick and efficient job of rerouting a drain pipe that had been installed incorrectly. He also ran a full diagnostic to make sure that my system was operating properly. In my experience, you can always rely on Conditioned Air to perform quality work in a timely manner and for a fair price. You won't go wrong choosing them for your HVAC needs.

This company is phenomenal. Called them on one of the coldest days of the year, when I'm sure they were slammed with service orders. The tech was here about 1 1/2 hours later. They were very professional and worked quickly. The problem was honestly diagnosed and the cost was much less than I had expected. He took the time to explain things to me and to answer all my questions. We've used them before and Conditioned Air will continue to be our go-to HVAC company. Highly recommended!!

Recently had an AC issue and, before I was aware, a different local company was called. The tech spent less than 10 minutes looking at our system before he decided we needed a $400 part. Five days, without air, later and the part had not yet come in.
I decided to call CA, as I have worked with them in the past. Our tech was prompt and very friendly. He walked me through some basic troubleshooting and found the problem. No new parts needed and we were running within 15 minutes. He then took the time to show me some preventive maintenance steps in order to avoid similar issues in the future.
CA will be our only service provider from now on.

Conditioned Air has been servicing our equipment for 20 years. Our old system needed replaced, of course Conditioned Air was our choice. They are very professional, courteous never leave a mess. The ladies behind the scenes are so sweet. Conditioned Air is like family, they never let us down.

Conditioned air is all about customer care and satisfaction, both are great, Chandler who came out to do my A/C service was very professional and sincerely cared about making sure everything that needed to be done was done. I would recommend them to my family and friends, I will renew my maintenance contract this year.

Called conditioned air on a Saturday and they came out within a couple hours and fixed my A/C in less than a half hour. Friendly and knowledgeable technician. Highly recommend these guys when you need any type of A/C service.

Very punctual and honest. Would absolutely recommend to others. Had a unit serviced by a technician, which after discussing my options, we decided to have it replaced. Was very happy with the price and the professionalism at which it was installed. Thanks Conditioned Air!
