Thank you for my Carrier duel heating and air system. I am glad you replaced the duct work too. I am sleeping better and there is no dust in the house. I love the Infinity control system. The technicians did a wonderful job. They explained the new system and made me feel comfortable using same. This was a big job, but they finished in less than two days, ducts and new system. Back in January me and my wife decided to replace our whole HVAC system,i got four quotes from companies in west ga i will not name names do your own research if you wish, was replacing my twenty three year old system,the first big company gave me a price that almost stopped the hole process. It was between $2500-4700 over Ronald price the smallest company gave me a price 1600-2100 under Ronald which after reading reviews and looking at their equipment it seemed to be to big of a risk,a third company was almost the same as Ronald but after talking my options over with Robert Smith at Ronald Smith I could tell he was way more focused on wanting and making me comfortable. He is a salesman but not a pushy type of guy we talked/texted over four days until I was completely comfortable,I went with a unit 0.5 ton bigger and added a vent in my garage/workshop it does heat about 8°more in the garage and about 18° cooler in the summer in February my power bill dropped 50-60$ in May its 75-85$ cheeper may have been more savings if I didn't go with a bigger unit no regrets,the installation went smoothly without a hitch everything is clean and neat,we are so much more comfortable in the house than ever,the humidity is really under control,the thermostat is pretty fancy but its easy to figure out,if anyone i knew was doing the same i would just save them the time and refer the to R&S.

I have used Ronald Smith Heating & Air for many years. Every last technician I have come in contact with has been professional, knowledgable, likeable, courteous and efficient. They hire top notch talent, who happen to also be good people. And the prices are comparable (and often less) than other HVAC companies. But I know the caliber of person who will walk through my door, and it's what puts them over the top for me. It is why I will continue my relationship with them and always refer them to my friends and neighbors.

Ronald Smith Heating & Air replaced both my AC and Heating systems several years ago. They are professional, on time, very reasonable and I highly recommend.
The latest visit 3/23/20 was for AC maintenance - in the pouring down rain!

Always a pleasure doing business with Ronald Smith Heating and Air. From the first time they showed up at our house to give us an estimate, to our semi annual service calls, they’re easy to work with and very professional.

A technician from this company came to my place of business to service the heating unit for the shop. It’s the only unit in the building and very much needed to conduct our daily affairs. We are a body repair shop and must maintain a steady temperature of 75 degrees. Not to mention it’s winter and very cold. When the technician left he said the unit needed a fan motor. So I waited a couple of days for him to contact us and to no avail, no answer. When I called the office to find out why I hadn’t heard back from them the receptionist placed me on hold for all of (5) minutes to return and tell me that the fan motor was a special order and would take (4) to (6) weeks to come in. REALLY !!! And this is a HEAT and AIR company... in the middle of winter ??? SOMETHING STINKS.... I found the motor at a local company for $135.00. RON SMITH !!! WHATS REALLY GOIN ON...?
