    Stay away from this company. They came out to service our unit and misdiagnosed the problem. They said I needed a new part and the next day they called saying they no longer made that part. They wanted to send a salesman out to sell us a new unit. They lied in-fact they never even got the part numbers. They also disconnected a wire and then hooked it up wrong this would keep my heater turned off for a week and a half before another company found the problem. The problem ended up being a $3.00 part that ended up costing me $750 because I made the mistake of calling Ronald Smith. Their company was never able to diagnose the real problem. I even let them come back before I found out the real problem. The 2nd guy from Ronald Smith that came out spent 3 1-2 hours on my unit. He had to watch YouTube video after video because he did not know how my unit worked. Then he also misdiagnosed the problem. So for a $3.00 part I ended up having to take off 5 days, no heat for a week and a half during January and spent over $750 to get this fixed. They were so hell bent on selling us a new unit that they screwed us over. I feel like this was not the first time they have done this to a customer. I recorded all of this on video and photos and you can see where their first service guy screwed up and hooked our heater back up wrong. I will never call them again they are not trustworthy.

    Their technician Chris came to perform my bi-yearly maintenance. I told him that I was having problems with my HVAC, but it wasn't consistent. Chris was diligent in finding and fixing the problems he found. He was professional and courteous and took the time to explain the problems and what he needed to do to fix it.

    These guys did a great install for my home in April ‘18. It’s been running like a champ ever since. I called them for a warranty service call this morning, and there were two guys that came just shortly later on today to check and tune up anything that needed attention. Thanks Trevor and the rest of the Ronald Smith team.

    Placed a call on a Saturday morning around 9 am—our A/C unit wasn’t running and had overheated. I’m happy I called Ronald Smith Heating & Air... they were out here by 1:00pm and finished by 1:30pm. I’m sitting here enjoying my cold AC again and feel confident we will be customers for life.

    This company is the bee’s Knee’s. You want good customer service these guys got your back no matter what. My heat is as hot as I need it to be and my A/C is stellar. I’m the most comfortable I’ve ever been in my home. Ronald Smith is a guys guy, his face needs to be put on Mt. Rushmore for his resilience and power in the heating and air industry. If you want to be part of the elite, give Ronnie a call!

    Our Appt was on 9-15-20 Chris arrived On time, Professional(wore a mask), and Polite, also w/foot covers. He is very knowledgeable about the system, he adjusted our HVAC temperature because it was warm in the house and also loud. We are nice and cool now. He has a great demeanor, and a great laugh. He made us feel very comfortable. Thxs Chris. He deserves a raise! : )

    We loved our first visit from RS.

    Our upstairs unit needed a valve replacement. Tim was our specialists and was honest and efficient on both visits.

    This all happened around this past Christmas Eve, when the weather was rainy and gross, not the ideal working conditions. So, we set up pop-up tents over the units for Tim and we caught a break in the rain.

    We have set up seasonal unit check-ups with RS.

    Customer service is A-! with this company. They run really good deals with no interest financing and also got a $1250 rebate instantly on my unit. The only reason why I gave 4 stars is because I think they could do a better job of educating on unit. Example: I apparently am suppose to flush this water tube Once a month in the summer with a little bleach to avoid mold, but was not told until a month later when I had to have a guy out, because my filter spot had been sealed closed. Just little miner things. But all and all they are pretty darn good.

    Our old furnace went out on the coldest day in January 2014. The temperature in our house was about 60 degrees.
    My husband got on his computer and found Ronald Smith H&A.
    We have used them Spring and Fall to give our Air Conditioner unit and Furnace a good checkup. Something like this is a big investment in your home. Taking care of it means it will last a very long time.

    Kim was very professional, also very pleasant. He also assisted me on how to care for my units. He took his time also took the time to answer any questions I had. I would totally recommend Ronald Smith Heating & Air.
