The technician Willie was very professional and understanding! I explained to Courtney my apprehension due to the current pandemic prior to the appointment and they worked with me to make sure that the work needed was done while ensuring my safety. Very positive experience...They now have a permanent customer!
Quinton Bridges was the technician that serviced my system. He called ahead to let me know he was on the way. He arrived at the time he told me. Quinton went right to work. He was very polite and courteous while working. He was very patient and answered all of my questions until I had a clear understanding of what was being done. I would recommend Quinton and AAction Air.
Thank you!!! The company was a referral from the insurance company. They didn't disappoint! An unusual occurrence caused one of my new units to stop working. As we all dislike being uncomfortable even if for a day. Thankfully they were able to resolve within two days. I am very, very sure I touched every nerve, to include the famous last nerve with my frequent calls, emails, etc you name it! But at the end of the third day, finally comfortable and able to sleep. I am a customer and their number is on speed dial.....if needed.

Customer service is above and beyond. The dispatch answer constantly business hours and after hours, no long hold periods ever. Knowledgeable team and willing to give their all to make sure that the repair is done, and done the right way. They have a can do attitude and will make sure that your are satisfied. They are a 10 of 10 in my book. They have a team of experienced techs so if one tech doesn't have the answer the team will make sure the repair happens.
This was one of the most horrible, unprofessional experiences I've ever had. I used my American Home Shield warranty to get the work done in February. (There seems to be a theme to the reviews of people who are under AHS Warranty.) They simply needed to install the filter in my heater, check my heater and check my AC for summer. 1) The technician broke the door and tore the sheet rock to the closet that houses the furnace. Leon (the manager) had a hard time believing me despite witnesses and photos. There were multiple visits from Techs and phone calls to Leon during that time.Long story short, this issue did not get fixed until April! 2) One of the AAction Technicians diagnosed my AC was low in refrigerent and needed a new compressor. It was supposedly fixed and I had to pay for the refrigerant (very expensive). I had a property inspector come out about a month after the repair who said my AC was not blowing correctly. A different HVAC company was assigned by AHS and they found the refrigerant was low AGAIN and a broken coil was the culprit. Research and logic tells me the AAction Air Tech did not fully diagnose and repair my problem so I'm going to have to pay another $700-$1000 for refrigerant. I also found out that frequently, when a compressor has to be changed, a good, well trained tech will also check the coil as well due to the relationship. I cannot believe that the coil miraculously broke on its own after the compressor was repaired when the AC was not even being used between February and May. Here I am in July STILL trying to get fair reimbursement for my time and previous investment. I do not trust AAction to touch one more thing in my house and I recommend you don't either... beware!
Today, Willie with AAction Air came to my home to complete a repair order. He called to advise he would arrive within 10 minutes and he was right on time. He was polite and completed the job rather quickly. Willie is the third person I have had contact with from AAction Air, and all of them has provided outstanding customer service!
Dustin and Jason showed up, to my delight, at the top of the appointment window. The heating unit was restored to full function by the end of the visit which lasted a little over half of an hour. I was also impressed that they had shoe covers and were quite courteous. Dustin explained what additional steps needed to be taken and said that any heating company could do the additional work. We happily chose to go with AAction since they already did such a great job!
