Neal's Heating & Air Conditioning

We were without air and Nathan and Nikki got us a new unit quickly. The staff were amazing and the house feels great. Professional crew. I would recommend them over and over.

Neal's HVAC service was wonderful. Great group of guys with expert experience. Brandon and Logan installed a complete unit in my house both were polite and very respectful .I would recommend them for any HVAC service. I hired them to remove my unit and reinstall it after the home was moved. The tech damage my floor when he removed the unit. I informed Neal about the damage and was very honest with him letting him know that i was going to be replacing the floor and not to worry about it. Now i could have made him replace my flooring but since we were going to be doing it anyway it wasn't a big deal. Now i knew that the cost would be more than we had agreed upon but 600.00 dollars more for a little copper tubing and a few feet of wire that wasn't even put in conduct(i hope it passes inspection)and less than 10 feet of crossover flex duct and a couple pounds of freon? WOW! Talk about being punished for being honest! I guess the old saying is true. "Nice guys finish last."

Very easy to work with, will use again. Daniel the tech was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Got home from ballfield late on a saturday and the back half of my house felt like what I had been sitting in all day! Immediately called Neal's heating and air and they were at house in less than an hour...fastwr than pizza comes!! Caleb was on point and professional. Fixed my problem fast as he got here. I recommend these guys to all. Great job Caleb thanks a ton! Now I can sleep.Would deffinately use again.
