Jonathan was awesome. Arrived early and got right to work fixing our ventless fireplace. Left the area cleaner than it was before he came. Would recommend these guys to anyone.

Very responsive and professional, the repair was fast and the quality was top notch! I had a severe refrigerant leak on the outdoor unit. The tech found it within minutes of his arrival and was working on it directly after. Caleb was a knowledgeable and competent young man that was very pleasant to speak to. Neals is a high quality Heating and Air full service company. They do all my installation / maintenance and repair. I have used other companies before. Neals is the best.

I called in this morning and spoke with Sarah. She was understanding of my issues and worked to get me fit in today. Jonathan was friendly and professional. He maintained communication laying me know what was going on throughout the process.

We have been without functioning AC since Saturday and it has been HOT. Neal's Heating and Air answered my request for an appointment promptly. They offer weekend/Emergency Services for a very reasonable rate, but I opted to tough out the heat until today. Nathan was kind and quick to address the issue. Not only were they able to get the HVAC functioning properly within an hour for far less cost than I expected, they have credit options available for larger expenses. We are more than pleased with our service. We will be calling Neal's for ALL of our future HVAC needs.

They replaced the heat pump. The employee was polite not in a hurry. He explained the cost of repairs then the cost of a new unit. Whoever hired him NICE job,a positive asset to the company.
