Trustworthy company, very professional staff. Mr. Owen Ming was the one who came out and serviced my ac unit. The thermostat was working but no cold air was blowing. The experience was stellar and a RELIEF! First off, I called these guys at about 11 o clock at night on a Monday night, spoke with Mr. Ming and he was very pleasant, patient and detailed in explaining the pricing for an after hours service call. The pricing was fair and in about 45 mins after speaking with him he showed up ready to work! He explained AND showed me what the issue was and DIDNT TRY TO OVER CHARGE ME. And even gave advice on what to do to prevent it from happening in the future. In less than an hour he had my unit back up and running and blowing cold air which now seems like is working better than before! He could have easily told me that I needed to but a new ac unit but he was honest and gave a fair assessment of what condition my unit was in. He didnt try to coax me to buy a service plan but rather just let me know what options are available when I am ready to do so. I will gladly go with Total Comfort when I get a service plan and at this point, I really wont be looking to any other company for my AC servicing needs in the future. Great experience from start to finish. The TC Solutions team arrived as schedules installed the new HVAC system in one day and cleaned up before they left. They followed up a week later with a call to ensure I was completely satisfied. Excellent customer service I would highly recommend TC Solutions for all your HVAC needs.

TC Solutions has always been quick to respond to my issues. This is the second time that I had called for Mr Ming and he is there at my doorstep within 2-3hrs and fixed my issues with good professionalism. Not for the same issue though from his first visit.

My upstairs unit was down for days. I had other companies come out and they tried to scare me into paying alot more money than I wanted to. Come to find out all I needed was new compacitor and freon. Thanks to Owen I told him what I wanted and he got the job done! He was done in 30 minutes.

THIS COMPANY IS A "MUST USE"!! The Owner is Owen Ming and he has handled our heating and A/C needs at both of our homes for years now. He is not only an amazing and kind individual but also an honest one. He will fix whatever needs fixing for a fair price and will not lie to you in order to extract unnecessary fees as some "big box" companies attempt to do. We required an entire new A/C system at our old house and he suggested we save money and do furnace at same time (it was old as well). We saved a lot by doing so. The replacement was handled in a professional manner and done quite quickly. The house was much more comfortable as a result. Our new home is larger, and we were thrilled that Owen also comes to the Dunwoody/Norcross area. We feel as if he has become part of our family. I am also recommending my father, who lives in Dunwoody, switch to Total Comfort as well. I believe everyone should!

Not pertinent to services...We have 2 special needs children who do not respond well to strangers but both love Mr. Ming and he is very kind and good to them. He always asks about them and makes sure to say hello to them and explains what work he is doing whenever they ask.

I could go on and on. CALL THIS COMPANY!! You will not be disappointed. AND NO, I DO NOT WORK FOR THEM...LOL

TCS is EXTREMELY professional! We recently had some work done in our basement. I had multiple contractors in and out of my home. Everyone walked through with their shoes. NOT TCS! Their personnel covered his shoes every time he entered our house. Of course, they did an excellent job also. I would recommend this company any day!

TC solutions is my 1 stop shop for all my A/c, heater solutions. They are always on time and their service is exceptional. Give them a call for all your residential and commercial A/C, heaters needs and you wont regret it.
