ASAP Heating and Air Conditioning

Mick came to repair my Air con unit. He was pleasant, professional, and explained all he was doing. He went over and above to make sure any defective components on the unit were replaced. Will be using this company again.

Mick is the best! He's very knowledgeable and friendly. He came out early Saturday morning after a late Friday afternoon call and fixed our AC. Service was prompt and professional. Cost is very reasonable. I can't say enough great things about Mick and would definitely recommend him!

When I had an issue with my AC, I called their main number and Mick answered the call with a very professional voice response. He was at my place within the next couple of hours. Mick solved my AC problem with a detailed explanation and satisfactory result. I definitely use them again

Mick came out and, shortly after, he found the problem to be short between compressor wires running on the attic. The wires have been chewed to bare copper and causing short and fuse to blow. I was quite impressed with his experience and skills. Could have costed me a whole lot more.

My experience with ASAP heating and air conditioning was exceptional. After talking to Boris at 9:00 AM he was at my house at 10:15. He checked out my system and replace a safety switch at fair and reasonable cost. I would highly recommend Boris and ASAP to any of my neighbors.

Mick at ASAP came out on a Saturday, after being called on a Friday evening to fix our thermostat. He was on time and able to install two new thermostats for us. He helped me install the phone app to control them. He was professional and the cost was reasonable. I'm glad ASAP was recommended to me by 2 friends.

Was able to get same day service on a Saturday for my AC not blowing cold air. Called around 10am and was able to get scheduled for later that afternoon. Mick contacted me to confirm the time period and arrived at the time that he said he would. He was able to identify and fix the issue very quickly. He provided a lot of details and information to me about my two units and was not pushy on anything. Mick was very friendly and knowledgeable. I plan to keep them in mind should anything else come up in the future.
