ASAP Heating and Air Conditioning

My A/C went out and they sent Mick out within the same day. I'm one of many who had issues with their A/C after the recent heat wave, and I am grateful for the quick turn around. Mick was fast, knowledgeable, and professional. He talked me through what he was doing so I understood what was going on, and what I was paying for. I will gladly call their company again for future needs. Thanks again, Mick.

I cannot say enough positive things about Boris and Mick!! Both men were very nice and knowledgeable! My AC went out at night and Boris was there the next day once I got home from work to figure out what the issue was. He was very honest about the issues with my unit and was not trying to sell me anything I did not need. I needed a part replaced and also needed maintenance performed on the unit. The prices were very reasonable and competitive when compared to other companies. Mick did a great job performing the maintenance on the unit and even went above and beyond to help me understand the dampers on the furnace in the attic...I didn't know I had 2!!! He was very knowledgeable and my dogs loved him (both are good judges of character). The reviews for ASAP Heating and Air Conditioning are 100% accurate! I will definitely be using them again and will recommend them to everyone!

We had our a/c go out in the middle of a summer heat wave and most companies we tried contacting were backed up for days to get an appointment. ASAP was able to come out within hours and fix the compressor at a reasonable price. They were lifesavers! Our two cats in particular appreciated the relief! :)

Our AC went out and Boris and Mick were at our house the very next day. After determining that our almost 20-year-old unit had finally died, I worried that we would join the people waiting months for a new unit. Amazingly, Boris and his efficient crew installed our new unit just two days later. The install took less than 2 hours, too! Their professionalism and incredible response time were very impressive. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again.

Our HVAC stopped working late on a Sunday afternoon. We called a couple of companies that were recommended by neighbors and couldn’t get through to anyone. I did a quick google search of HVAC companies in our area and ASAP had the best reviews. I called and left a message and received a call back within 5 mins and Mic was out to our house within an hour. Mic was extremely friendly, helpful and informative and had us back up and running in no time. We are so appreciative of the level of service we received and are so glad we don’t have to sleep in 80+ degree temps overnight. We will be calling ASAP for all of our future HVAC needs. I called ASAP on Saturday evening when the A/C at my house stopped running, spoke to Mick who told me that I needed to make sure the unit and the thermostat were off right away, and he came out first thing Sunday morning to service the system. He showed me the problem, explained all options to me, and quickly and professionally fixed what was a flawed installation from the beginning. Now I don't need to worry about having this issue ever again, and the house is cooling rapidly. I really appreciate him walking me through the issue and possible solutions and explaining what he did. Couldn't be happier!

I had my downstairs A/C go out. I called ASAP Heating and Air Conditioning and talked to Boris. He arraigned for his Tech Mick come out same day within just a couple hours and he had me fixed up and running within about 60 minutes. I'll recommend and use ASAP Heating and Air Conditioning in the future! Thank you again.

Mick from ASAP came out when our air conditioning unit iced and stopped cooling. He diagnosed and explained everything he was doing, made some great recommendations on next steps. He was also polite, friendly and got the work done quickly and efficiently. Can’t recommend them enough from this experience!

These guys are great. I called them on a Saturday afternoon (a/c not blowing cold) and they were literally at my house 5 minutes later. I don’t know if I just got lucky/they were in the area but it was impressive. Technician was Mick, he was knowledgeable and professional. He explained what the issues are and gave solutions and pricing to fix. Prices were very reasonable, service charge was very reasonable. Didn’t feel like I was being overcharged like all the big name companies. He solved my issue quickly and gave me recommendations for the future. I highly recommend these guys.
