Incredibly professional and responsive service! Boris and Mick were able to perform my inspection and take care of my part replacement the same day. Reasonable rates considering the time of year and speed of service offered as compared to other competitors I have spoken to about the same issue.

I had an issue and called ASAP. They were out the same day and Mick had the issue resolved in 20 minutes. I would highly recommend them - very prompt and professional.

I called ASAP at 3P today (June 16) about our main level a/c unit that had stopped cooling air the night before. Boris was at my house three hours later when every other place I called (including the one that I pay to service my systems semi-annually) could not come out until the end of the next week!

He diagnosed a busted capacitor within minutes and had me back enjoying the cool air in my living room within 15 minutes. And I was only charged for a normal diagnostic visit and the price of the part.

Amazing service. I had them install a new HVAC unit on my property two years ago. They gave me a great price and did a professional job. Last night my air conditioner stopped working. I called them at eight in the morning, they were at my house by 9 AM. They had repaired the air conditioner within 15 minutes. Everything was under warranty. Very professional. Amazing service Would highly recommend. Would stay away from large HVAC companies and stick with this guy. Very knowledgeable he knows what he’s doing.

Mick repaired our AC unit yesterday - on the same day I called for service. He was courteous and professional, and explained the problem and the required fix in detail with a breakdown of costs. It only took him about 30 minutes to get us back up and running. Great service! I plan to use Mick and ASAP for all our HVAC needs in the future.

Boris and team are great. We’ve had him coming to our home for years and they’re super knowledgeable, fast and great to deal with. Our AC recently went out and as we gathered quotes, he got us better units (we replaced both of our entire HVAC units inside and out), completed it in around 6-7 hours, AND saved us $5k over other quotes. My AC went out in the middle of the night on a Friday. I called ASAP Saturday morning and spoke to Mick. He gave me a 2 hour time window to come out Saturday morning and texted me when he was on his way. Mick was friendly and identified the issue right away and replaced the part. Our AC stopped working on the hottest day of the year, when everyone else's did, too. We called four other HVAC companies and none could fit us in for a week. Thankfully, a friend recommended ASAP and Boris was at our house within hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and charged a reasonable rate. He was professional, friendly and nice to our dog. What more could you want?! ASAP is our new favorite!!

When I needed a new Air Conditioning unit a few years ago, Boris told me he would stand behind the warranty and be there if I ever needed him. Well, yesterday the unit stopped functioning properly (98 degrees and full humidity in Atlanta) and today they came out to repair it. Turns out it still wasn't cooling properly after they left - and Boris came out this evening, added freon, and took care of the issue. When it's over 100 degrees and your A/C is out, you want someone who is reliable and responsive. Boris is both of those things and I would recommend him to anyone.
