Luke knew precisely what the problem was with our HVAC when I explained the failure. He repaired it in less than 30 minutes.

My ancient package unit had to be condemned due to a cracked heat exchanger the day before I was leaving on vacation for a week. Knew it was going to happen eventually but I was dreading having to come home and deal with it. However everyone I dealt with at Reliable were so kind and they made the process and cost so much easier to handle.
Scott Sofield was the consultant and he stayed in touch with me from the first phone call to the final test run of the new system.
Chris and Craig were the installation team. They showed up on time at 9am and finished everything in just over 2 hours. At one point I looked out the window to see them using levels and measuring tapes to get the unit perfectly straight and even. The extra care was (and is!) SO appreciated. Both were professional and sweet to both me and my cat.
Happily would recommend Reliable to anyone.

The folks at Reliable were great. Rodney came by to give an estimate. Really nice guy and he made sure we knew what we were buying.

Installation was next day and the installers were professional, cleaned up after, and reviewed the system with me to make sure I knew how it worked.

I have used Reliable before and I keep going back because of the people.

Two years ago I made a mistake and thought I was doing the right thing by calling Reliable Heating and Air to come out and install a Top of the line 4 ton 22 SEER Trane unit. Complete job compressor and furnace. All the works, nothing spared service wise.
The furnace has never worked correctly and will only light 1/2 the time then sits an hr to try again. I've called service out, changed propane providers everything they said and yet still have a problem. I finally just gave up on them and crawl under the house and restart the system when it gets too cold.
3 weeks ago my 2 yr old compressor died. The guy showed up at 5 pm without any call in advance. Did his checks to find out it's dead. Then left. I have had to call Reliable each week for an update and every time I'm given zero information. Every time I'm assured a supervisor or manager will give me a call. Every time I get zero calls from Reliable. Just now called again at 3:30 pm and their call service finally picked up after 20 min of waiting. BTW, their call service is overseas and has zero clue they didn't even register we had a problem the first time we called in which resulted in an extra day's wait.
So I say this Reliable. Either fix my unit or I'm going to stop payment. I believe 3 weeks without ANY updates without air conditioning in August (basically all of August) is unacceptable. I believe any judge or arbitrator would view it that way as well. Trane is all advertising with little quality, a lot like the people of Reliable. Unreliable with no communication.

Brahim was our service technician. He was awesome from start to finish in solving our thermostat issue. He was extremely responsive and helpful and answered all of our questions. It took some problem solving to take care of the problem, but he always made sure we felt like a priority. My wife and I can’t praise him enough for his professionalism and customer service throughout.

First off, Reliable is very professional and their response time is awesome. My technician today was Christopher and he was amazing. I explained what was going on and he nailed it as soon as I pointed to the furnace. Keep up the great work!!! Will definitely recommend to everyone!!!

Alan and Richard were so extremely informative and helpful with my water tank issue. They installed a tankless water heater and got rid of my old one, which was rusted at the bottom and had leaks which caused me a great deal of trouble in my home. They gave me so many options that would benefit me in the long run and they were so helpful in making sure that I was satisfied. I recommend reliable to everyone!
