Reliable Heating & Air, Plumbing and Electrical

Let me start by saying I absolutely never leave reviews. However, I have had such a poor experience with Reliable that I feel I need to warn other customers. Six months ago Reliable installed a new air handler, thermostat and water heater in my home. The install crew did a decent job of showing up on time and installing those items. However, within 6 months of install both of these items have malfunctioned. I just want to warn all customers now.. Reliable does not care about its customers. They will not send someone out immediately (can take up to 5 or 6 days for repair), and they may not even show up during their reported window. I have had windows missed multiple times without calls. Furthermore, I have called in after those missed windows for them to tell me there was no appointment on the books. Other companies will come out same day.. not Reliable. I have found they should consider changing their name to unreliable.

Mike P. has come to our house twice. Once for a major HVAC repair. He identified the issue with the freon supply/return line and got us back up and running in no time. This most recent time was for HVAC general maintenance. Both time he provided excellent service and was extremely professional!

If I could give negative stars, I would. My experience with Reliable heating and air has been nothing but COMPLETE DISSATISFACTION since the day they installed my $8000 system! I was told being a "comfort plus" customer that my service calls would be moved to the front of the list. Well thats a bunch of Bull$##t! Called before Christmas and said the soonest anybody could get out would be the 24th of January. Over a month!!! That is completely unacceptable in my book. I would NOT recommend anyone to choose this company for you HVAC needs! If I could, Id rip out this brand new system and have someone else install one.

The plumber did a good job, he was thorough and helpful. He conducted himself in a professional manner and represents the company well.

Jordan was extremely helpful in walking me through our tankless water heater and a plumbing issue. He was also helpful and patient with other questions I had with our house.

We also had Connor come to our home to help us with a pot filler issue. He was courteous and very knowledgeable. He solved the problem and I’d highly recommend him!

We have also had Geoff help us regarding another leak. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and prompt.

Customer service is top-notch! They really work with me, and we're honest with their assessment! I really appreciate that.

Geoff repaired pin hole leaks in my old plumbing- replaced with copper- very professional - explained everything-
Took his time - made sure the area where the work was done was covered - he had to cut into the ceiling in my kitchen cleaned up afterwards - exceptional

Where do I begin?!

On 2/17/2021 - My water pressure regulator begin to leak. It was a slow leak at the time. My Home Warranty company and the company they used basically did not take the issue serious.

On 2/18/2021 - The leak had gotten worse and I spent every free moment (while at work) trying to get someone to come out sooner via my Home Warranty Company to repair. They dropped the ball and took forever to assign a company. The night I had came home from work, of course the leak was worse than the morning. I researched the plumbing companies and decided on Reliable.

Now we had a hiccup at first and I was becoming increasingly stressed as I did not want repairs and damages to exceed beyond what I could handle financially. It’s tough during this pandemic.

This morning, 02/19/2021, after reaching out to them Reliable instantly got the ball rolling. Reliable’s office called me and my plumber Brian called me. Brian tried to walk me through shutting down my water heater, however due to the fixture it was difficult to do. They immediately dispatched him and his apprentice Ryan to come out and repair. Brian was very understanding and immediately explained what needed to be repaired. He thoroughly explained the cost AND replaced my water heater same time. He was so professional and courteous. He also made sure I understood everything prior to starting work. As requested he also sent pictures of the new water heater and explained the new shut off valves, in the event I needed to use them.

I am truly pleased, relieved, and grateful that Brian, his apprentice Ryan, and Reliable were very responsive to me. I would definitely use them again (and I plan to) and recommend them.
