Let me start by saying I almost signed a contract with Anthony. He's a front guy for Reliable and will pay dearly for the lies he's telling to get the commissions he's getting by getting people in trash contracts. Every review I read was truthful into what I had experienced. The only time they're on time is to get you to sign that contract and hurry up and get that equipment installed so you own it. When questioned about the contract, he got defensive and down right mad and started to talk over me. Sir, the unit is already marked up 3x the wholesale price and all we know yall selling refurbished units. You dont sound reliable to me and I can assure anybody who cant afford a unit get a window unit until you can. You can buy a new car with the price they trying to push these units off for. And the good reviews with 5 stars are from family, friends, and coworkers, trust me. ONCE YOU SIGN ON THE LINE, THEY OWN YOU.

We made an appointment with "Reliable" to install a light fixture that I couldn't because of a broken arm. On the day of the appointment, the tech called annd said that he would be delayed and had one other appointment in Fayetteville before us. After that, nothing until the end of the day when a scheduler called and said that he wouldn't be able to get to us from Stone Mountain (???) before the end of the business day.

So, we rescheduled for today, Friday 2/24/23. Once again, near the end of the day we get a call from the scheduler to tell us our tech was "sick" and would not be coming and offered to reschedule yet again. Yeah, no thanks.

We've used this company many times in the past, but between the outrageous prices for even the most simple services, their inability to provide truthful status updates, and two no-shows, we won't again

Yesterday I had a scheduled maintenance for my HVAC. The technician came did a few things. Everything seem fine except that I discovered that my thermostat could not control the heater anymore. I called and told them they need to fix this right away. It was their mistake. The unit was working fine before they came for maintenance. They said they could only send someone the following day. We insisted so they agree to send someone in the afternoon. The technician was a no show. My heater works on gas. I had to turn it off myself with the emergency switch so the temperature dropped to 54 degrees. In the morning I called and the flat out lied and said they came and we weren't here so I'll have to wait another day. Terrible service. My gas bill will be extremely high because of their mistake and they would not take responsibility. Please DO NOT purchase or do service with them. They are the opposite of "Reliable, ".

We had a very pleasant experience on line but the tech called us before showing up asking us if it was a manufactured home and that it would be 11 grand to replace unit and it would be a waste of time for him to come look at it
