Reliable Heating & Air, Plumbing and Electrical

I feel like This company is definitely out here Scamming people. We called them out to fix a problem with our air which we loved the technician and ended up signing up for their monthly membership. We were informed of ALL the SERVICES and REPAIRS that would be covered under this membership before we signed. Which I will show in a picture below… any service in numbers 1-7 are supposed to be 100% covered with the membership. So When we had another problem that needed to be fixed the technician informed us that it would be covered and we just have to wait for the part to come in. Weeks went by and no one called or emailed me so I called just to get an update. They informed me that the part will not be covered and they can offer me a 10% discount. I informed them that I would like to speak to a manager. When I finally spoke with a manager and informed him that the part I needed which was a zone board, should have been covered under my membership and that I have a picture of their coverage sheet he informed me that the technician should have never let me take a pic of that sheet. This immediately through up a red flag for me because why should I have not taken a picture if this is what the company is using to sign people up for membership. THEY MAKE YOU PAY A MONTHLY FEE AND DO NOT REPAIR YOUR UNIT IF SOMETHING HAPPENS. They are FALSE ADVERTISING their company and basically just taking people’s money and not HONORING what they say.

Mr. Joseph was awesome! He was thorough and went above and beyond the call of service to efficiently install the hot water heater. He explained the agreement to us, and they provided all of this for an affordable price. Definitely will contact them (him) for our future needs.

Anthony was a Great salesperson. Very knowledgable & clear about explaining information. He was on time as promised for the appointment. Anthony easily answered my questions about all matters concerning unit installation.

We called Reliable to check out our new (to us) home's HVAC. Oscar the tech showed up right on time. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and walked me through the system and it was clear he was not there to up sell or over sell. They have gained a repeat customer. Can't say enough good things about them.

The overall experience beat my expectations. The price was the best I could find, the work was neat and the install looks solid. Tom the consultant was not pushy and provided all the info I needed to make a wise decision. Raul and Christian did a great job installing the system and cleaned up everything really nice afterwards. My mother recommended Reliable to me and I would recommend Reliable to my friends and family.

I was extremely pleased with Reliables response to a critical need for HVAC repair. Jesus was great to work with and went out of his way to correct a former companies errors without any additional charge. Well dressed and very personable! Reliable has my vote and likely a service contract on all three of my units! Btw, Christina who set the appointment was empathic to my needs (medical) and just made it happen. Nice!

Gary was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I have been able to reach out to him over the last two years ever since he sold us a new HVAC system ,whenever I have a question or need help regarding one of Reliable’s products or services that I currently have , or that I am interested in. He is always quick to respond with a call, text or email. Gary’s service today was again 5 star as he came to provide information and feedback on new product I am interested in.

I loved working with this company! I do not feel the need to use or search for any other company, after experiencing Reliable. I do not normally give reviews, but this review was much deserved. I worked with Scott (Sales Associate), Connor & Dylan (Plumbers) & Julian & Shane (Technicians). Nothing short of amazing. They were on time, fast, professional, and most importantly educated me. I started off knowing very little about anything HVAC or plumbing. Within 2 days, through their time, care, and sharing of their knowledge, I now know different systems, brands, and how to effectively and efficiently utilize my systems. Lastly, the pricing was simply unbeatable. Good job Reliable Heating & Air!

I am a single mother with no experience or knowledge of home .maintenance. Geoff explained my options to replace the water heater. When he did the install of the thankless heater, his excitement for the product showed. He also moved the shutoff valve to where I coul reach it (it was ceiling high). I was comfortable with him walking through the house and didn't feel the need to supervise because he was so trust worthy.
