    These are the best heating and air guys in the business! They are always very responsive, kind, honest, professional, and courteous. They came highly recommended and I recommend them to everyone I know. Additionally, the office staff is very professional and organized, and always keeps me in the loop about upcoming appointments and updates to my system. I am beyond pleased.

    Came out told me I needed a blower for air handler and wanted to charge me $600 for blower. And quoted me 5 grand for new unit. And 1500 for new water heater. All while taking advantage of me traveling for work and my wife stuck at home with kids and being emotional. The blower was fine just needed a reset after we turned off power to bug bomb house. Such a scam artist.

    Long story, but this is a Groupon-related issue. I bought one for the tune-up and set the arrival window for the service

    Notes that I did not know, nor did they specify when I set up the appointment:
    -they have to have access to the inside (I had no idea; my unit is outside. Because it is a tune-up, I assumed they only needed the unit. I still am not sure why they would need inside the house, because they still haven't told me).
    -the technician does not call to say he is on his way - he calls when he arrives (I have never had somone not call to give me a head's up. Seriously: out of at least three different companies I can think of, for three different reasons, they have all given me a notice BEFORE they arrive). I was told I had to request such a notice. I have never had to request it before, so...why would I know I had to this time?

    He arrived, I had an emergency and had stepped out for a few minutes. They called to ask where I was, I said I had stepped out, that I assumed I would get a warning phone call about arrival, they said no, you forfeit your Groupon and will have to buy another one to get service.

    I have been on the phone with them and emailed, and they still would not reschedule without me having to buy another Groupon (oh, because they also redeemed the Groupon, even though they did nothing).

    Because they did not bother trying to help, I would rate them low. I have never been treated this way and definitely with such poor customer service or any kind of understanding. It is so bizarre to me that they also don't really care that I think they are treating me unfairly - I have had companies knock considerable amounts of debt owed off my account just to make me happy (when they also did a bad service; I do not going around complaining about everyone).

    My heat had went out and I got a Groupon from this company. Chris B came to my home acted like he made a diagnosis of my unit and came back out and told me I needed a motor. He acted so sincere but I felt something wasnt right so I checked out YouTube and followed a few trobleshooting steps and fixed the problem. Now that leaves me to think that this company attempted to defraud me of 400 or more dollars. If I were you. I would stay away from this company.

    Excellent and prompt service. I will definitely be recommending this company to friends and family. Prior to the arrival I received a call from their office confirming the appointment and arrival time. I also received a call from there technician to let me know he was in route. They went above and beyond.

    DUCT CLEANING--From the person on the phones (Tanisha) to the service guys (Chris and Sheldon)---it was a great experience. The air quality in my house immediately improved as did the functioning of my A/C.
