Provillian Services Heating & Air

Many homeowners in my community use Provillian Services for our heat/AC maintenance. They are quick to respond, honest, and do great work. My technician Jacobi Hobson was super friendly and knowledgeable, even teaching me things about my heat pump system as he worked. Highly recommend!!

I am very impressed with this company. Alex was very easy to talk with, knows the products well, gave me choices of what units would be best and why he recommended them. Alex and his team showed up at the appointed time. They went above and beyond what I had expected. The last furnace installer put my furnace up on blocks as requested. Alwx and his team not only put them up on blocks but then encased the entire unit in sheet metal so you could not even see the blocks. Alex recommended putting the filter inside the home so it would be easier to change the filter. Shelton did a tremendous job of retro fitting the old duct to accommodate the filter. It truly is a work of art it looks so nice. Unfortunately all this work is behind the vent so nobody will see it. Just the care, level of workmanship was very impressive. They also cleaned up after themselves! Highly recommend!!

I have an older home that needed some ductwork repairs. I called Provillian after speaking with another company. The other company wanted to tear out the metal ducts and replace them with flex... wasn’t going to do that. Alex arrived from Provillian. He explained what needed to be done (repair, seal, and rewrap). The price was fair and the work was done very well. Everyone was professional, on time, and worked hard to get the job done. Alex even returned a week later to make sure that everything was done perfectly. That’s a level of customer service that I haven’t often seen.

Bottom line: This is a quality company. Provillian is honest, professional, and fairly priced. It’s hard to find good home service companies. Provillian is not just good. They’re top notch.

I had Hugh's crew at my home June 2018 to install new air and furnaces, insulation in attic and new attic ducting as well. They stayed on the from morning until done which included cleaning up. Thorough and complete. I have compared my electric and gas bills for years prior and after new systems installs. Electric usage down 20% and gas 7% which was already low. My Bryant units are great, Provillian Svcs is great. I have had experiences with other companies in the past. Provillian exceeds all expectations.

I bought the Groupon, and Jacobi from Provillian came to inspect and repair the lower level AC. I was impressed with his representation of this company. During a cold snap, we discovered our furnace did not work. We met with Hugh and Savon who inspected and diagnosed both systems. We agreed with their recommendation and their quoted price was fair. All three guys were here today for furnace installation, air ducts cleaning, and a ventilation fan replacement. It went smoothly. They went above and beyond, and obviously take pride in their workmanship. They are knowledgeable and their customer service is EXCELLENT. We are happy about the peace of mind the brand new furnace affords us, and are excited to be able to run our AC now without fear of blanketing the house in dust! I would recommend Provillian without reservation.

I found Provillian via Groupon as I needed my heating system checked out. I initially purchased the wrong Groupon for the services that I needed and the staff of Provillian was helpful enough to tell me how to exchange the tune-up Groupon for the diagnostics Groupon.

Service throughout the process was great, they called to confirm the appointment I requested online and then called again to confirm the day before my scheduled maintenance. The technician also called ahead of his arrival and immediately started working on figuring out the problem. After figuring out what the issue was he explained my options for making the repair and he was able to repair the unit before he left. I also appreciate that he recommended their routine HVAC maintenance, which I think is very reasonable priced, without it feeling like an aggressive sales pitch. Overall, I'm very pleased with the service received and I plan on using them in the future for HVAC maintenance and repairs.

They are fantastic to work with. Competitive pricing but stellar customer service. The annual maintenance is absolutely worth it too, I just wish it came with free filters like many other companies. Overall we’ve been very happy with our new A/C units and furnaces.
