GB Services HVAC

Chris, with GB Services, is always very respectful and quick to check on our systems (Great Guy..... Great Tech).

I've been with GB Services for 10yrs or better, and they have always treated me honestly and fairly even if it was bad news..... Never have they over sold or, in contrast, under sold. It's always been what I needed for the situation to accommodate my goal of either keeping a unit running or replacing the unit with something more modern or efficient.

My real estate agent referred us to this company, and I'm glad I decided to have them come out to do annual maintenance on our two HVAC units.

Chris was fantastic - he was respectful and personable and brought me up to speed on the condition of our units, their life expectancy, and other tips related to regular maintenance. I was going to sign up for the Platinum service for both units, but since one already had a lot of work done on it (from the previous owners), he didn't think it was necessary, which saved me a good deal of money (and rare in today's world where everyone tries to upsell you).

Based on my first experience with them, they established a lot of trust and for anyone looking for an HVAC service provider, I would highly recommend that you give them a try.

I've used GB Services for years and have grown to trust them 100%. Just this morning Christopher and Adam repaired both of my furnaces, and as always they were prompt and courteous. I strongly recommend GB!

I used GB Services last Saturday on an emergency call at a rental condominium I own. My tenant is not in the best of health and she had no heat on a cold day. Chris with GB answered the call quickly even though it was on a Saturday and did a great job of solving our problem. Thanks Chris and GB Services

I've been using GB Services for more than a decade. They are a conscientious and customer focused organization from the the top down. I don't hesitate to recommend them for your HVAC needs. They also install hot water heaters.

I like everything about this company. The product works great and the services are all you can ask for. Alex just serviced our unit and he was as friendly, efficient and professional as you can ask for. He again explained our system to me and encouraged me to ask question if I were unsure of anything. I think we made the right choice in selecting GB Services and I would recommend them in buying a unit or even in maintaining or repairing your existing unit. The workers in their office are just as competent and professional but friendly as all get out.

Chris and Alex came and helped fix our AC problems. They were very friendly even with a few dogs running around. While I hope we don't need their services again soon, we know who to help us out with HVAC problems in the future!

Unfortunately Mark is no longer the owner and I felt like the quality of service went down. The technician felt rushed and told me I had a leak. He said the only solution was to replace my entire unit and they wanted 7,000. I got a second opinion and I did have a leak that but they were able to repair by welding the coil then pressure testing the system. I also got another quote for a system replacement that was 2,000 less. I would go with someone else.
