DC Cheek Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing

My HVAC system was installed 2 years ago by DC Cheek, and they continue to make good on their free maintenance agreement! 😊 I have had issues with the AC unit not coming on without turning the power on and off. Today, Johnathan was able to figure out the reason, and he installed the part needed. The new unit has saved me money since I got it. Wish I had done it sooner.

Mark did a fantastic job leading the HVAC replacement installation team. He took care of all parts of the process professionally and carefully. Mark patiently answered all my questions and explained all the details. He also made everything out side better and it looked great!

Charles, our technician was on time, thorough and explained issues so they were easy to understand. Different options were available to choose from to address the most important issues now and minor ones at a later date. With the increase of prices occuring everywhere, this was a welcomed relief.

We’ve used them before and called them again due to our AC not working. The tech said he couldn’t fix it and told me my entire HVAC system inside and out needed to be replaced due to all of the issues. First option he offered was $18,000…that right, not $1800 but $18,000.00. Called another company and they fixed it for $60. Also had them check the entire system and nothing else is wrong with it. Would not recommend them to ANYONE.

Repair Tech Nikita came over to check our dead furnace. He quickly and professionally diagnosed the issues, then proceeded to patiently and professionally explain how the system was supposed to work and why it wasn't. After that, he laid out all our options and their expected cost. Overall a wonderful experience that made us want to us DC Cheek for our HVAC work going forward.
Also wanted to shout out Service Manager Matt. He came the day after Nikita and was incredibly patient, flexible, and professional getting us signed up for a new system and financing. Overall a fantastic experience so far!
UPDATE: Mark, Brian, and Oscar all came over to install the new furnace. They were absolutely fantastic! They arrive on time, were very professional and handled their business. Afterwards, they made sure we understood what had been done, how it worked, and made sure to answer any of our questions.
Overall, every representative of the company we've interacted with from Dispatch to install techs were all the pinnacle of professionalism, knowledgeable, and beyond polite. A fantastic experience.

Alex did a great job! He did a plumbing check to my home, drained my water heater and evaluated a noise my water heater was making. He identified the problem quickly and showed me the price for the defective part. He answered my questions. He was a very nice guy and provided quality service.
