Maintenance Unlimited Heating & Cooling

Our 28+-year-old furnace went out and we called Maintenance for an estimate. They sent out a wonderful young man named Darrell who was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Their quote was very good. We ended up going with a company that matched their bid but we'd also paid $200 for a repair two days ago so it saved us $400. BUT I'd HIGHLY recommend them as an option when looking for a company you can rely on. Very nice people!

I am so impressed with Maintenance Unlimited, I had A/C issues and contacted the company on Friday morning and issues were repaired that same day. Jermaine/servicemen was polite, knowledgeable and informed me of every step in the process of troubleshooting the problem. He was precise and finished the job within an hour.

Found this company on Yelp after using and being disappointed by other companies such as Coolray and Casteel for AC maintenance.
Jermaine Gordon arrived promptly and serviced the AC unit, taking time to thoroughly clean the coils, which the above companies did not do.
Will definitely use this company again and refer to others.
Also, I scheduled an appointment on Tuesday and was able to get an appointment on Friday, OF THE SAME WEEK. However, my appointment had to be rescheduled because of logistics. It was rescheduled for the NEXT DAY, not weeks away.

This is the first time I’ve ever left a Google review but I absolutely have to after the service I just received! Pam and Derrell provided the best experience I’ve received from any company in a while!! They were some of the kindest, most helpful people I’ve met and I can’t recommend this place enough. I truly appreciate Derrell for his work and Pam for getting us an appointment on such short notice!
