Water Heater Line Repair

This is the first time I’ve had to use a plumber for my own home. My water heater line decided it wanted to be be Old Faithful from Geyser National Park for Halloween. Needless to say I woke up to a not so nice water show happening in my laundry room. I called right at 8am and was greeted with a very friendly and professional voice who got me the answers I was looking for right away. (A couple other places I called were not very friendly or gave me “I’ll have someone call you back”).

I called around some more but the friendliness and helpfulness of Lisa sold me. She was even able to get me in same day! The plumber, Austin, was extremely helpful and professional. He explained everything I needed to know, fixed the problem, and gave me some solutions to help me in the event I was every faced with the same problem (water spewing everywhere even with the main shut off and line open). Needless to say it was an eventful day. What started as total chaos and frustration ended with peace of mind and gratitude for such a wonderful business. J and J was truly the answered prayer of a single mom struggling to stay afloat.

Eric the technician was professional, courteous, and on time. I was very pleased with the price and service for the annual maintenance on my heat pump. I will highly recommend to friends.

Came when stated and repaired the issue. Friendly service. If you have questions they'll take time to explain. Would recommend.

Never emailed me back with a quote. Basically came out for the service call and I had to constantly call them every other week with the same lame excuse.. just not the type of business I would ever use again!!!!

I have five A/C units between my home and rental properties and I know I can count on Joel to keep us and our tenants comfortable. You can't beat his response time and prices.

Eric did an excellent job servicing my A/c. During the routine service he discovered a vital part that was about to go bad and not only prevented me from being without an air conditioner during extremely hot weather but saved me money by replacing the part before it went out.
