We had a great experience using J&J heating and Air! They were professional and didn't leave the job site until they were finished with the install. Very professional and friendly. They explained the differences in units I was considering and answered all of my questions where I could understand. I could easily tell they were honest. The installation was done quickly and looks great. They also took care of product registration and contacting Ga Power for rebates. I felt as though we were the most important customer at the time to them.

Joel and Jody are terrific. They worked with me for over a year, Helping me decide when I should change out my air-conditioner. When the time came, they installed the new unit, cleaned up everything and left. All within a short period of time. They came back when I called them to explain the thermostat to me. They are two of the nicest young men I have known and their work is impeccable. They are outstanding on every level. You need to give them a try for all your heating and cooling needs. I did and I'm HAPPY. They are my go-to for my small business and my families personal use.

After receiving five heat pump HVAC system estimates, it was an easy choice to pick J & J. Joey and Joel are very nice, knowledgeable, and professional HVAC contractors. They provided quotes based on my desire to have Consumer Reports most reliable system installed (unlike other contractors who stuck to their system brands). They checked in on their installation crew three times during the day to ensure my system was installed properly. Ryan and Rome completed their work and set up my air handler and compressor exactly as I requested. Both are personable and took the time to explain different aspects of their work. Josh completed the electrical follow-up perfectly based on my system requirements. I am very pleased with my new thermostat as well. My heat pump does not kick on the expensive heat strips immediately like my previous heat thermostat. I highly recommend J & J for your HVAC needs.

Great folks here, from the personable and charming woman who answered the phone to the young man who showed up on time (which in this day and age is rare) Our heat had gone out just as a cold snap hit. We called the office and they sent out a very sweet young man who found and fixed the problem quickly. We highly recommend J&J heating and air.

They will give you the best price around for any of you HVAC needs. They stand by their work and never leave you not completely satisfied. We moved into a 1950's home this summer that had a "functioning" 13 year old hvac system, a gas furnace, two rooms without HVAC connection, and old, leaky ductwork. We had three companies give us quotes and J&J came back with comparable rates, but also the best solutions to the issues we had. They began work on Wednesday morning and had the whole system installed, running and the house swept by the end of Thursday afternoon :) Since then we've seen our power bill decrease by 55%! We're enjoying our cool, less humid house and would recommend them to anyone :) Thank you, J&J team!

Great customer service and technician. Came out on the same day. Only thing I don't like was no free estimate. Atleast they let me know before and not a surprise. That was my only complaint. Recommended 🤙
