Blount Heating & Cooling

Recently lost A/C and called several companies that advertise heavily in Athens and Watkinsville. They all were out 3 days. After looking at the Blount reviews I called. There office staff was nice and was able to get a tech out the same day. Here was the great part, the tech Nick was on time. He solved our issues fast and his fee was reasonable. Nick was nice and straightforward. Going forward Blount will get all of my business because of service. Give Blount a try. These are knowledgeable nice folks.

Been with Blount for many years. Have always had very good service. Everyone from receptionist to service men were courteous and efficient. I give them highest recommendation. They even helped out when a.c went out and got it working same day!

My parents have used this company for almost 20 years. & They have turned into the most lousiest AC company ever. They have heating and air issues 8-10 times a year. & Never hardly touch the thermostat. My parents are in their 60's . They came out 5-6 weeks ago, because the air was acting up. Ordered a part and said they'd be back in 2 weeks and to leave the thermostat set on 76°, that if they messed with it, it'd throw the system off .3 weeks they come back, say its the wrong part and they'll be back once again, not to touch the thermostat. 3 weeks later, I send out 1 of the 2 people we use. There is zero wrong with their unit!!! Nothing. He set it to 71° , cut it off and on and let it run. Zero!! My parents been burning up , for nothing!! The units under warranty and they always have problems, it takes forever to get someone out, and then it never lasts. She called the air guy, oh we'll be out there today , to look at it. Part should be in. I am so tired of people not doing their job. & They've not kept mom or dad up to date on coming or called and said sorry parts not in or nothing. Don't be like a mechanic and try to tell my mom there is more wrong then what is. Don't play with them or their hard earned dollar. My AC guys will take care of her. Period. She doesn't need your sorry tales.

All of the staff at blunt heating and cooling were so nice and helpful and professional. Anytime I had an issue and called them, they made me feel like I was one of their own family members and made the point to address the issue as soon as possible and then explain everything in detail before they took any further action. I can only recommend a better company!!

Blount Heating and Cooling replaced our old unit and also moved some duct work for us with a remodel. They are honest, quick, and leave everything clean! They were happy to answer all of my questions! I highly recommend them!
