We were told we needed a new Heat Pump by another HVAC company, as they had said it was leaking refrigerant from multiple locations. We saw a post on Next Door about Sosebee, and decided to give them a try. When the tech from Sosebee came out, he advised that while the unit had a refrigerant leak, it was just one line that was leaking. The tech came back the next day with the part and fixed the unit. We were getting ready to buy a new system for around $10,000, and nine months later, the unit is still going strong.

I can't say enough about how great these guys are. Firstly, Brian was unbelievably knowledgeable when he identified the problem with my old system and provided several options for a solution. Ultimately, I decided to replace the outdoor condenser unit and the inside evaporator coil.

Brian, Johnnie, and another crew member showed up right on time for our appointment a few days later. The layout of my house provide multiple challenges for the crew to install the system, but they were able to easily work around them to get the job done. On the way out, they reminded me to register my new system to get an additional 5 year parts warranty on top of the default 5 year manufacturer warranty for system they installed. Couldn't be happier with the service, my house is an ice box now, and I'm in heaven! I definitely recommend Mitch, Brian, and the rest of the crew with Sosebee Services.

Awesome, is how I would describe Sosebee Services. We needed a crane to get our units up on the roof of a two story building and they worked to find the best most affordable option. Sosebee is fair and reasonable with their prices, which matched with their professionalism and excellent work quality makes them the best people for the job. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get an new HVAC system install or just needing repairs. 5 stars well earned!

Awesome! Daniel and his coworkers were super professional, very helpful, and answered all of my questions before, during and after the installation of my new A/C unit. They were able to replace my unit and have my house nice and cool super fast. My only regret is that I did not call them sooner. I will definitely be recommending this company to anyone and everyone. Thank you guys soooo much!

We were given a Monday morning appointment on a Friday afternoon.
Got a text Saturday morning asking if we were available and they came and worked their magic and we had heat again Saturday afternoon.

Mitch and company are great! Did what it took (getting on the roof) to fix a problem that another company, the one that sold me the equipment 18 months prior, would only diagnose but not fix. Highly recommend!
