Atlanta Air Pro

I typically do not write reviews, but feel compelled to do so for Jay. I needed my dryer vents cleaned so I read several reviews for companies and decided to go with Atlanta Air pro. They were able to come the same day and showed up when they promised. They were great and my ducts are cleaned. They were very courteous and I would definitely use them again! 5 Stars!!!! Not to mention their rates were very competitive!!!

The company came out clean the air duct. I have heap pump was working fine but some how my heat was turn off. They told me that one of my pump wasn’t working. They gave me the name of a heating service but I have a home warranty when I call the home warranty out they told me that my heat had been turned off. I call Atlanta Air pro and the company came through. I was contacted and I received the refund that I paid to warranty company, I received flowers and candy. I have never been treated so well. Thank you Atlanta Air Pro.

These guys provide terrific service from beginning to end. We scheduled a 1:30 arrival they showed up at 1pm.
Later that evening our furnace did not blow heat with the outside temp at 40° I made the call to Jay around 9pm and he was willing to drive to my home that evening. Nonetheless we agreed to service my unit the next day. He arrived early and fixed our furnace which wasn’t related to his service with no charge. Theses guys are top notch A+ .

Jay was the best AFTER doing several research and he was beyond my expectations. 4 different companies said I need to replace my coil and jay gave me the option to just do a deep clean furnace for a reasonable price and everything works fine and allergies are gone. My cold air is blowing really good and works great.
Other companies gave me a price for full replacement of my furnace and the problem was that my system was really clogged and dirty. Thanks JAY for save $$ 2 k . I’m really appreciate it.

I had my four units deep cleaned today with all the air filters and my dryer vent. I was blown away with the service. On time, everything done in a timely manner, so neat and clean, things tucked away so properly.
Never ever have I ever felt so at ease and worry free. I have had this service done so Many times before, but with this company it was a walk in the park.
I loved the fact it was a 1 man show and he took his time.

Jay's self-owned company is top of the line. After noticing a moldy odor coming from my air vents, I called two different companies to investigate the problem. The first company ran a high-powered fan in my living room, saying that my condo was too small to need duct cleaning. The second company acknowledged that there was mold in the plenum, but declined to clean the plenum or the duct work "so as not to agitate the mold and spread it around." That company recommended that I purchase a UV light for $1,000 that they said would remove the mold (a price that they continued to "bargain down" to $800, and even less if I would "talk to their supervisor" and ask for a lower price). Obviously, I declined. Then I found Atlanta Air Pro. Their consistent 5-star reviews convinced me that they were worth a try. Thank goodness I called them! Jay came out the VERY NEXT DAY and spent 2.5 hours in my 825 square foot condo (that has only 6 air vents!!) brushing, scrubbing, cleaning, and vacuuming the plenum, HVAC coil, ducts, and vents, and return. He sprayed and killed the mold and sanitized the entire system. Jay does not subcontract his work. He and an assistant do all of the work themselves. Jay specifically told me, with much pride, that he wants to serve his customers personally so that he has 100% responsibility for the quality of his work. I highly recommend Jay and his honest, efficient, and caring service.

Amazing! Jay was an incredible person, and was very professional. He arrived on time, and did everything he promised. My air ducts were so dirty, and he made them spotless. I highly recommend this company. You will not regret it.

After receiving my air duct cleaning I felt nothing but fresh air in my house. JESUS was very helpful with his deep knowledge of how the furnace needed to be cleaned. Overall very good company and I would recommend them to anyone in of a air duct service

Jay and his team did an excellent job cleaning out our vents and furnace. We just purchased our home and it had a few years of built up dust/animal hair/ etc. They were done in about an hour and are very reasonably priced.

This is the best service I have ever had on my house. Buying a house with a new furnace doesn't guarantee the system works properly. Atlanta Air Pro, made sure it was up to participate and the air flow was sufficient. They went above and beyond what they were required to do and I would recommend them to anyone interested in allergy relief from dust.
