I got the dryer vent cleaning done. I can't speak highly enough about them! I bought my house a few years ago and havent done this service before. And goodness knows when it was ever done. I just didnt know who to trust company wise. Ive had some really bad experiences in the past. I worked with Jay initially. He is so kind and I felt instantly comfortable with his team. A welcome releif! He got me scheduled right away! In fact it was the next day! Worked out perfectly for my day off. The gentleman that came out was Frederick. He explained what he was going to do in detail and made sure I knew when he was moving on to the next step. He cleaned inside and out. He even came to get me when it came time to do the vent outside. Very satisfying to watch let me tell you! Lastly he even stopped after he was all done to tell me when I needed to do this again. Very informative. And of course it felt even better supporting local business!! Thank you Jay and Frederick!
