I had been meaning to get the ducts/ vents/ registers cleaned at my new home. The previous owners had twelve dogs and my registers/ vents "coughed up" dog hair visible on the floors and my brown sofa... add to that the smell. I looked into several companies and decided on Atlanta Air Pro after reading their reviews. The owner responded lightning fast to my inquiry and scheduled me within two days. I was surprised and taken aback a bit because companies will try and schedule you out up to a month. I have no regrets having chosen them. Frederick was assigned to my home, arrived on time and immediately got to work. He pointed out the worst spots and showed me the first proof that I made the best decision. He cleaned up after each room he went into as well as cleaned the grilles. My home smells sooo good I'm overwhelmed with joy! Definitely recommend them hands down!

Jay and Frederick were both great to work with and very responsive. I received service at 9am the morning after I called and they did a very thorough job to a system that hasn’t been cleaned in a looong time. Would highly recommend.

Used Atlanta Air Pros to do maintenance across my furnace systems, dryer vent and air duct cleaning. Even did some mold prevention. I searched several companies before I came across Jay with Atlanta Air Pro. We texted back and forth on Sunday and spoke by phone as well. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions! Extremely patient! My service was scheduled for the very next day. And he had Fredrick come out. OMG Fredrick was awesome! On time, professional and thorough! Very neat and focused! I reached out to Atlanta Air Pro to have our dryer vent duct cleaned and inspected after noticing multiple leaks coming from the vent piping. There was visible staining on the drywall immediately below the joints of the pipe so I'm certain that is the source, though I admit it sounds odd being that water should not be running through this pipe.

Come to find out, there are numerous issues that can lead to condensation forming in the vent pipe, one of which being lint blockage, hence my desire to have it professionally cleaned.

Frederic was able to come out the same day which was greatly appreciated, however there was enough of a language barrier that I'm not really sure he understood our primary issue and what we were looking for a professional opinion on, despite me showing him the the leak source. He stated that the leak may be coming from a clogged AC drain line, however there are no AC drain lines near that area. It is very clearly coming from the taped joints of the dryer vent pipe.

That said, he did seem to clean the vent well and showed me pictures of the work he performed, so that was good.

Ultimately, for the price we paid, I was hoping we would have received a little more help or information regarding our specific issue. For that reason, I'd recommend Atlanta Air Pro for a routine cleaning service, but you may want to look elsewhere if you need assistance with anything more than that.
