Returned my call within minutes today at 3:30 pm. Scheduled a next day appointment but told me that if a technician finished early they would try to come today. Not 15 minutes later got a call back that they had finished early and could come today. Anyone who has had A.C. issues knows how quickly the house gets miserably hot. The technician Memo was very friendly and quickly found and fixed the issue. He also checked Freon levels and made sure there were no other issues all while explaining to me what he was doing and checking for. Prices quoted were very reasonable. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

Orozco's service and fees are amazing!! Since moving to Watkinsville last year, we've required their services twice. The first time we called them was after another "popular" company tried to charge us $300 + a trip fee to install a $50 thermostat which wasn't even programmable. Orozco did it for less than half that cost and we got the programmable thermostat that we wanted. More recently one of our air conditioners stopped working. They showed up the same day we called and fixed it in a jiffy. They were also kind enough to check out the other units and address a smell we noted from one of the systems. They are courteous, honest, reasonably priced and offer prompt service. I will be a customer for life!!!

We just moved into the neighborhood after purchasing a 17 year old home. Even though it passed inspection, we immediately found that the original furnace was faulty, emitting carbon levels 8x the norm because of cracked outtake piping. Our Orozco technician said it would be harmful to continue running the system at such levels and he recommended replacing it. Taking his advice, we opted to do so, as well as the HVAC unit which was as old as the furnace. Orozco returned the next day with a crew to remove the old furnace and HVAC unit, and installed new ones in a professional, timely manner. I can say we are extremely satified with the results. The crew was informative and helpful answering our questions and concerns. Thank you Orozco heating!
