The techs were extremely understanding and helpful answering my questions to better help me understand what was going on.. He diagnosed the problem and fix it in no time at all, and considering it was a Sunday they were very fair on the cost..

Honest and helpful. I called for a quote and it turned out I wasn't in his service area. He still answered all my questions. He then called me back the next day with a referral for my service area. All of this and he gained nothing.
