This is now my go-to company for any a/c problems! Michael went out of his way to make sure he could fix my outdoor unit as quickly as possible, after learning how another company had let me down. Top notch customer service and reasonable pricing. Thanks Michael!

Michael is the most honest HVAC guy that I know . I wish I knew him before I used Shumate, Coolray, Bardi, etc. For the same exact job, I was charged at least double or triple at other places, and also, I was suggested with tons of stuff that is not even needed to my unit. I may not know enough but I know the basic stuff, and I know I got rip off by others. But in many situation, i have to do the job because most place charge a fee to look at the system and my children is hot, so many times I just gun it and spent tons of money for no reason. Trust me, go with Michael and he will at least tell you the truth, you are welcome to shop around after the quote which I think is very reasonable ! ( i just got my unit fix today for 240 and the same quote I got from other places is 600+, and they call that a "bandaid" fix. ).

Our water heater stopped working on the labor day weekend and it was hard to find anybody on the long weekend to get this fixed. Thanks to Michael, he came and diagnosed the problem and fixed it the next morning. He is honest, reliable, fair, and knowledgeable. Thanks Michael!!

I just called this company asking for them to come out and quote a mini split for a finished basement. The man had the audacity to tell me he charges $75 to quote a new system. He even tried to argue that he charges for his expertise. I told him I refuse to pay someone to quote out a job. You don't charge someone to quote the purchase of new equipment with installation. He then told me that he didn't want the job and it would be wasting his time. No one should ever call this company! This is beyond a rip off!

Great experience working with Michael. He was extremely professional, respectful of my home and got my issue resolved right away. I will definitely call on him again with any other issue.
