Houston McBroom first came to our house ten years ago! In 2010, our old air conditioner/heater was failing, and Houston stepped up and built us a great new one into our house, plus a needed additional air return vent! He has come promptly throughout intervening years to maintain it and professionally advise us. It has worked beautifully all these years, at much less cost than the previous unit. Last night, we had a little hitch, couldn’t keep the house as cool as we like, and called him this afternoon to inquire. He was able to come within about an hour, replaced one part, checked the whole system, advised us, and we were already cooling off before he left! I’ve been using McBroom for almost 15 years! They recently installed a new system along with a high efficiency air filtration system and thermostat with Wifi! 5 stars is not enough! I highly recommend Houston and his team for any of your heating and air conditioning needs!

My husband and I were introduced to McBroom Heating and Air by a neighbor of ours in the summer of 2018. We've needed their services several times and each time our expectations are exceeded. McBroom really helped us out recently when our heat was not working! They came out to check our furnace the same day and found holes in our heat exchanger. They came out the next day to install new furnace/ac and even offered to leave us with space heaters to get us through until they could return with new furnace. They showed up exactly when they said they would, maintained a clean workspace, and completed in one day! Very happy with our new Trane system. We would recommend McBroom Heating and Air over any other company, this is a top of the line business with amazing service ANY & EVERY TIME you may need them.

We decided to be proactive in replacing our HVAC before it was too hot, or too cold as our units were 20 years old. We interviewed 6 companies. Four were real contenders, but we ultimately decided on McBroom. We were very impressed with Houston McBroom’s knowledge, and hands-on approach. This week McBroom installed two Trane AC units and furnace. The Plenums and thermostats were replaced as well. Houston was there every step of the way. This was a 2-day approach which worked very well. I had been warned by a friend about how much noise there would be. We had almost no noise, and everything was cleaned up to perfection. If you’re considering having your HVAC replaced we highly recommend Houston and McBroom’s.

I highly recommend McBroom Heating & Air services. I am a young female homeowner that recently started experiencing problems with my AC unit. Panicked I researched and found repairs/replacement options. All the information I researched online only enhanced my fears of being out of a lot of money. The summer months were approaching so I had to act fast. I called a couple of services based on google searches but I either didn’t get a response or they did not have immediate availability. My HOA recommended McBroom Heating & Air and after calling I was scheduled for an inspection the very next day. Houston provided amazing service by walking me through everything he did and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable. I asked a lot of questions and he was very knowledgeable about my system. Called McBroom as AC was working only intermittently 8 am. Their staff was at my door about three hours later! Houston was able to replace the drainage line, checked the capacitor and left is with a couple of filters. AC is now at my preferred temp of 72. Unit is on year 16 and still working! McBroom are the only people we trust with it. Thanks Houston!
