Paul is a great guy! Another (big box) company told me I had a major issue that would cost me an arm and a leg. Needing a second opinion, I called Paul and he told me it was actually a very simple fix that wouldn’t be too costly. He proceeded to fix the issue quickly. Highest recommendation for any HVAC issue!

I have been working with Paul for over 2+ years. Every time i have problems with my AC or Heat i have called and i get prompt response. Not only he has repaired the units, but also suggest the way to prevent this problems in the future. He also explained the science behind AC/heat systems. there is not a unit to old for him to serve of too new that he is not aware of. Paul is so professional and flexible!! I came home late one night to find my heating system broken in the middle of a cold winter and he was out there and able to help me quickly and get what I needed that was within my budget and most reasonable for my situation at the time. Paul and Thomas worked on my old hvac unit and got it working better than it has for years. He has a level of professionalism and knowledge next to none. Paul was happy to answer all my questions and even gave me some tips to keep my system working optimally and when it’s time to replace I won’t even think of calling someone else.

Great discussion with Paul Rieger. Knowledgable, and responsive. He was slightly higher than the company I went with but I'd have no issue reconsidering them for another of my houses.
