Paul provided us with outstanding service! He is prompt and very thorough. Even better, he impressed my husband with his attention to detail and how he ensured everything was not only correct but done very neatly. He made repairs to our system on a house we just purchased. We had him install a two nest systems and he even took the time to talk to us after hours when we were having trouble with the settings. Great customer service and integrity! We highly recommend him.

Our air conditioning went out in the heat of the summer. We called Paul and he was here within a day and we had three new HVAC units within two days. Absolutely amazing experience with this company! I called Paul late on a Friday afternoon when I realized my AC was not working. I did not have to leave a message like most companies. He answered promptly and did not hesitate to advise me that some one would be out this evening. Within an hour and a half of my call to Paul his service guy Thomas has my house feeling like an igloo again!
