Rieger Mechanical Heating & Cooling

I've used Rieger Mechanical for several years. Thomas and Paul are professional, trustworthy, and great to work with.

I wouldn't use anybody else. Paul and Thomas are very responsive, professional, dependable and timely. Great company to do business with. I have used them for several years; they get a Five Star rating from me.

Had an issue with AC during middle of heat wave in which water leaked and stained the ceiling. Didn't want to use system and cause more damage. After attempting other companies, call Rieger and after letting them know the issue, they were able to fit me in. Tech arrived extremely quickly, was professional and down to business. He grabbed his tools and I opened doors/attic to get him to the unit.

10 minutes later - Drain line was unclogged, float check was serviced to work properly and unit was on.

10 minutes later - downstairs unit was verified it would not have same problem as attic unit. Paid, and on the way with a happy customer.

Extremely happy with the service provided - done extremely quickly, professional and confident system will be good until next maintenance.

Update 11/2022

Paul just replaced a second AC unit (12 years old which was poorly installed by our home builder and coil broke and leaked all refrigerant), and the work is amazing, everything looks so neatly done and organized, our now 2 year old new unit Paul installed is working great, have not had any issues. Highly recommend Rieger Mechanical!
