Awesome, awesome , awesome!!! Great company. Had a split system change out done, that was a complete pain in the butt! They went above and beyond through the whole process to make sure it was come completely and correctly. Steve, the owner, gave me one heck of a deal on it too! The techs/ installers were great and considerate through the install. An absolute pleasure to do business with, a real breath of fresh air knowing there are still good people out there. Thank so much guys!!

I had a wet spot on my floor and was told by a friend that it was probably my underground a/c drain line that needed to be drained. I called them first thing Friday morning to see how soon they could come out. They didn't seem that interested in working with me. They took down my information and said they'd call me back to let me know when they could come out. All day Friday passed and nothing. Monday came and was almost over.

Finally I reached out to someone else Monday afternoon who came out the next morning, resolved the problem, and gave us instructions for the future on how to prevent the water build up. When I called Absolute Air it seemed like they had quite a few jobs lined up from the way the conversation went. I get that, I also get that my job was a small one and probably not as big as many other jobs they had lined up.

But it would have been nice for them to at least keep their word and call me back in a timely manner to let me know when they could come out or just to simply say they were too busy to take me on. It's been 11 days and I never received a phone call. Simply a lack of customer service and courtesy. I will eventually have to get the A/C replaced and they probably would've been my first call had they just gotten back to me either way.

The blower on the air conditioner would not shut off. My son had seen this company's trucks in the neighborhood and called them. Jason came out the same day and he replaced the relay board. I was very impressed with the same day service since it was still hot in October. He also checked out the duct work for us. The electric bill had been high and I was thinking the duct work may need to replace. Jason was very good about explaining the different aspects of handling the issues. I would recommend this company.

Steve and Mike were very attentive to our situation and solved our issues. My wife and I are happy to continue our Yearly service contract and my business will need a new AC soon. I will be calling Steve when that occurs.

I called Monday morning asking if they could fit me into the schedule for the latest appointment they would accept sometime during the week to take a look at my a/c after my husband cleared out the critters that had fried themselves. They were able to come out that day late in the afternoon. I was soo relieved and grateful!

Steve and his team are true professionals that go above and beyond to ensure the client is happy. Steve serviced my unit at a rental property and got her up and running without having to replace the unit, great job!

Recently had a minor problem with my AC drainage line. The tech that came out was very professional and courteous and solved the problem was turned out to be a minor one
I highly recommend this company as they do great work and are very customer-oriented. You all have never let us down when we needed to call on you.. Thanks again.

Steve saves the day!!! Saturday morning i woke up to 78degrees in the house. Steve came out the same day, fixed the problem and did not try to over charge or gouge.
GREAT people!!!! I highly recommend.

Our a.c. went out on a day that was 98 degrees they came same day I called. It wasn't an easy fix they had to work most of the day but we're able to get the problem fixed. Excellent customer service and communication.
