Ethan was a pleasure to work with! A sincerely nice person, punctual & professional. He installed a new AC in one of my rentals. The feedback from my tenants was also all positive- they appreciated his flexibility in meeting their scheduling needs & his attention to keeping the place tidy as he & the crew worked. The installation work was completed in one day, the permit approved shortly thereafter.

I second Andrews comment on techs not be trained. The tech came out but had to call someone else to “diagnose the problem”. Like, sir aren’t you the one looking at the unit how does it make sense that someone that is not here can know what the problem is, that’s what you’re here for.

Long story short a couple weeks later AC is out again. They had to buy a part that I’m sure wasn’t the problem because the unit is pretty spanking new.

Not to mention being lied to about techs truck breaking down on the side of the road. Guy could’ve just told me they weren’t coming.

All my AC needed was a new thermostat.

Based on the fact that the tech couldn’t figure out what was wrong himself, that alone is a red flag.

What a great company. I had another AC company come out to do a tune up and they told me that the coils needed to be replaced and a few other things. The cost to me was going to be $1000. I was referred to this E & G HVAC for a second opinion. They came out promptly, examined everything, and said that nothing.......NOTHING was wrong. They are so honest and did not even charge me a fee to examine the AC. Guess who will get all of my business and referrals from now on, E & G HVAC. Refreshing and rare to find honest business men in this day and age.

E&G HVAC once again saved the night so my kids could sleep comfortably. Eitan always comes through when I need him..even though it was late (again) he was here and quickly assessed the issue and had it fixed in no time. Very thorough and very professional. Highly recommended!!! Never have to go through hoops. Support this local business, it deserves it!

Recently my AC stopped working. I called and the technician was over at the house within 2 hours. Ryan was outstanding and was able to answer all my questions. The issues were resolved and my AC was working.
