Answered all my questions and was quick to response after service was done months later to come look at the unit. Come to find out it was fine husband need to reset our nest. We had the work done aug 2019 and he was wiling to come out the same day or next day to look at the issue. Just amazing. This is what customer service is about. Definitely using them for any and every ac issue we have.

A new a/c system was installed by E&G 2 years ago. Heating is not working. Not proper diagnostic was performed 2 times. Problem is not fixed. I have to hire a different company to diagnose the problem and to resolve the issue.

Service was amazing! My AC was repaired and I also had a UV light installed for cleaner air quality. I would definitely recommend this company for future repairs and service. Ethan, my service technician was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He even put on a mask, footwear and gloves before entering my home. Totally professional.
