Installed new HVAC system. Pleased with installation, very polite and knowledgeable crew however owner's wife who runs the office completely messed up the paperwork for our rebate from Duke Energy and then she couldn’t keep a scheduled date for annual service the following year and after 3 cancelations she wouldn’t return a phone call. Apparently they have no desire to service what they sell.

Put a new HVAC system in and the drain for condensation out of the unit is constituted clogged and water is all over my garage floor. They told me to put vinegar down the drain every month which is what I do, but it does no good. Owner does not return my calls. Also takes a special filter and I can’t order them. So disgusted.
