Excellent service and staff!! Installed new wall unit on second story condominium. Very efficient team made difficult job look easy. Minor issue with defective part was replaced quickly and promptly. A/C function in our unit has never ben better! Will use Southern again for A/C work. Highly recommend this company and staff for excellent results.

Mateo is super nice. He is professional and done everything nice. If there is can be 10 star . I will do 10⭐️. My walking cooler it doesn’t work when I call he . He coming right away in the morning at 8 . So everything on the cooler is fine not damage. Super recommend Mateo . Thank you.

Southern Mechanical Services did an amazing job with a recent project for me and my husband. They replaced and installed a new dryer vent system. Junhong was amazing to work with! Professional, Great Value, On-Time Service....truly made me feel like a member of their family. Highly recommend them for any services you may need. I have to say that they are amazing people( owner of the company) .
We had this old house in boca raton and the ac was pretty old and not functioning well.
I contacted the southern mechanics services last week and made an appointment for the ac maintenance and cooler check.
They offer me $150 in total for two services for the entire year and not only that. The man who came was being so so helpful and kind.
He is trying to explain everything including how to save money to get our own filter from amazon as well as the reason why my ac is not as cool as usual. Most importantly, with no extra charge at all and did not try to scare me of by telling me how bad my ac is or convince me to pay more money out of pocket.
I also went up the attic with him and he was being very patient all the time to explain and answer all questions I asked about house maintenance. Not only ac , but also roofing and electrical.

What a wonderful and pleasant experience
I will highly recommended everybody to choose this company as first choice.

Thans to Southern Mechanical, I am writing this review from a cool, comfy condo. Southern Mechanical is great. This company was able to assist me quickly the day I called, I didn't have to wait for a call back. My service person, Jong, was right on time and very courteous. He not only fixed my AC but gave me a much needed tutorial on the care and maintenance of my AC. I truly appreciate Jong for his repairs and help.

Called Southern Mechanical Services at 7 pm after my regular AC company JUPITER TEQUESTA AC said they couldn’t respond due to the hurricane even though there was no hurricane in Florida.

Mateo said he would be here with 45 minutes and was. He immediately went to work to determine the issue with my AC.

After determining the cause he explained in detail what the problem was and steps to be taken to correct it.

Mateo stayed after to ensure the repair corrected the problem before leaving.

For any and all future issues I will call this company .........

They were able to come out right away and were very professional and friendly. They gave me a quote to clean out our coils, inside and outside, that was reasonable and were able to come back the next day to clean them. Highly recommend!

Two other companies came because my ac was not cooling and they both said that my Ac was not fixable and that I needed a new ac but I kept looking and I was very lucky enough to find SMS, I’m totally surprised of how quick they fixed my ac and the technician Alex said that my ac is still in a good shape. Technician was very profesional clean and friendly. They are the best Ac company in Florida👍👍👍👍👍👍
