Need AC service? Find someone else. This place ripped of my employer for over $500 for work that they never showed up to perform and then had the audacity to refer my employer to collections! Fortunately there are a lot more of reputable AC service businesses in this area to choose from.

My AC stopped working last night and they were out first thing the next morning. I always use Socrates for my maintenance because he does such a great job. I’m very happy with Socrates and preferred AC.

Had appointment, nobody showed up, no call from the business to reschedule. Nothing. I called to see what is happening, office is closed.
I live in a gated community, all visitors are logged (admitted or rejected) I can verify that on my phone. No one is logged at the gate.

This is absolutely the worst air conditioning company I have ever dealt with. My husband and I started experiencing problems with our AC which they installed on a wednesday. It is still under warranty so we called. They agreed to come the following day and call between 12-4 to avoid on call fees. They called my husband at 4:00PM on Thursday to say he would be here at 5:30PM. So my husband leaves work two hours early and waits. By 8:30PM after numerous calls to the on call people. The ORIGINAL guy shows up after he finished dinner. Apparently because he did not see a car in the driveway he thought no one was home... no call nothing!!! So he shows up and just leaves at 8:30PM because he doesn't want to do the work this late!! Now the on-call guy said he will call us friday to have someone come saturday due to their mess up! Well its sunday... and its 80 degrees in my home. And the on call guy goes "oh Holly was supposed to set up someone coming... I'll look into it." Called the on call again, no call back from Joel. Travis texted us and said "Holly said you were supposed to call during business hours." Well unfortunately Travis never called Friday like he said he would so we had no idea to call Holly on Friday. No customer service. Poor follow through. I have now filed a complaint with the BBB. Which I have never done before but with AC in FL this cannot be happening. If my AC wasn't under warranty with these people I would of never even kept dealing with this.

Everyone I have dealt with from Kate & Holly in service to Trich in accounting has been kind and helpful. I appreciate the honesty. I even spoke with the owner himself and he was super helpful and went above what I expected.

Isaac is the go-to guy when it comes to anything regarding AC and repairs he is very respectful and great at ensuring you understand what’s wrong with your AC unit and how he is going to fix it he was informative I can genuinely say I learned some new things regarding my AC unit.
Most definitely ask for him when it comes to fixing your AC
