Very impressed with response time!! It was a Sunday and still received quick appointment window in which tech arrived very quickly! Company sends texts and emails to keep you up to date! I highly recommend!! I had called others and could not get call back

They were on time (in fact early) and Dorvil was great at his job. He even gave us suggestions on how to keep our offices cooler. Definitely will go to next time our A/C has issues.

Received service on 4/9/22 only 1 year and 5 months in our new house and the unit is leaking water. Dom serviced our air conditioner and told us it was low on Freon. Any knowledgeable tech would have known that something is wrong and not charged the unit at least tell us so if it was up to us to decide if we wanted more Freon. Hear it is 4/28 and our unit is still leaking, freezing and they sent out another technician and he said the Freon leaked out and it was unfortunate. We spent 200.00 for Freon that he had no knowledge that we had a leaky coil just a waste of money. We thought we were getting top notch service with One Hour. Unfortunately their tech was not knowledgeable about his job. I requested a refund and they’re saying we should have given them a chance to make it right. I don’t think so after they screwed up the first time who could trust them😳 Stay away from this company!!

I had 5 different “technicians” from 3 other companies come out to to find out why my a/c was only blowing cold air for a few minutes before freezing up. I told each individual that I believed the problem was in my duct work but not one of them actually took a look under my mobile home until JOE from One Hour (Benjamin Franklin). He immediately told me he would check out the unit then take a look at the duct work. Amazingly I finally had a real tech!! And then the manager Mark came out to confirm the problem and give me a dollar amount to repair collapsed ductwork. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for someone who isn’t out to guess and give you a ridiculous price for repairing something they didn’t even look at. And I will recommend this company and ask them to request Joe. He knows his stuff.

Jason is awesome!! Not only was he very personable, polite, & professional... (Not at all your typical sketchy repair guy. I was very comfortable with his presence in my home.) He also arrived very quickly! A huge bonus in the sweltering south Florida heat!! He explained everything he was doing, what the common problems are with our a/c unit & how much they typically cost to repair, what the different noises were that our unit was making, and what to look for as a sign of a problem in the future. He completed the repairs quickly & cleaned up any mess he may have created. Jason is an excellent representative for One Hour A/C. They're lucky to have him as an employee!! We will only be using Jason from One Hour for our a/c repair & replacement needs in the future!!

I am extremely displeased with the service that I have received from One Hour Air and their business partner Direct Energy.
When I purchased my AC unit from One Hour Air, it was my understanding that I was going to receive a new unit right out the box and installed. Ed (who claims to be the owner) called and asked me if I was ok with him installing a unit that was fairly new (just not in a box) had nothing wrong with it and was still a 2019 unit. I said "ok no problem" go ahead.
When Ed suggested that I purchase a protection plan through their business partner Direct Energy, I said "no problem" let's do it. With that being said, I was charged on my AMEX card in 2020, by Direct Energy without my knowledge causing me to incur fees on a card that I do not carry a balance on. Therefore I called and cancelled the service on 09/25. On that same day of 09/25 Ed was scheduled to fix my unit and replace a bad heat strip. He told me that I would not be charged because the heat strip should not have gone bad within a year and therefore would be covered under the original product warranty. He then called and said he was running behind and could get there until Monday or Tuesday. I said "no problem" I will wait. Now bear in mind that Direct Energy also came out to do their maintenance earlier in the year and they did not mention the heat strip issue. I only found out about the issue because I needed to get an inspection to sell the property. Their office contacted me a few days after Ed's repair and said that I owed an invoice for the heat strip because I no longer had the protection plan through Direct energy, when it was Ed's failure to show up the day of the repair. So I basically paid them for nothing.... I asked Ed to contact me so that we could discuss the matter......and of course as I expected.....he never responded. Bottom line... I would advise you never to do business with this company or you will end up with a poor product, terrible customer service and wasting your money...……..Please do not make the same mistake I did by trusting them.
