This was first time using One Hour for AC evaluation. There service appointment time was less than 24 hours. Jeremiah was very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company.

Ron from Benjamin Franklin/One Hour arrived quickly, kept in communication as to his ETA. He did a thorough quote on a number of household plumbing fixes we needed and provided a quote via email while onsite. He has many years experience in both plumbing and AC and gave great advice on the repairs needed. I will be scheduling for repairs shortly.

Original Review :Brett was very knowledgeable and explained everything going on with my mini split. He took his time and made sure everything was working properly.

Update: So after my first experience (which was good) they sold me a yearly club membership. Which essentially gives you maintenance on the unit twice a year and priority on repairs with a discount. Well I needed a repair of my fan motor and they sent a repair technician Lucerne. He diagnosed and told me I needed a new motor. Then explained that since the unit was old it would be hard to get the part and I may consider replacing the whole unit. He then went to his van and told me he was searching for the motor, this took 1.5hrs. Meanwhile I was able to find the motor within 15 min. on 2 different sites one being Amazon. I asked if he wanted me to order the motor, he said no he would order it, the delay was getting it from a vendor that they normally don't do business with. We scheduled to get the motor on Friday and install. Friday came and went and the part did not come in. OK, I was notified and told Monday definitely. This would put me at a week without A/C. I called on Monday and noone knew anything until finally I was told the part came in, but the vendor closes at 4:00 and Lucerne couldn't get there, it was pushed off to Tuesday. On Tuesday after calling Lucerne once again giving me another excuse about being busy on another install (even on Monday he said no problem getting the motor) and Lucerne was doing me a favor by paying for the part out of his own pocket. What?? He would do the repair now on Wednesday (9 days without air and told me at 4:30 pm after I had to call him). I was done with what felt like constant games and far from being a priority as their membership stated. I felt as they were attempting to inflate the repairs and scam me.

I called another A/C company and explained the situation. To my surprise the "hard to get motor " was not difficult at all and was in stock regularly. The other A/C repair place came out completed all repairs the very next morning. The competitor A/C company was also substantially cheaper.

It's important to point out before writing this review I called one hour air 3 times asking for the owner to call me. I waited 4 days and he never had the courtesy of returning my call.

Beware of the membership, it's a complete scam. There was plenty of opportunities to make this right, but the company just doesn't care about their customers. It's disappointing after a the initial good impression.

A/C stopped working on Saturday 12/31. Called One Hour on Monday 1/2 and was given appt. on Tuesday 1/3. Co. was able to send out tech same day. Jeremiah came out and discovered that air in drain had caused stoppage. Fixed problem and cleared drain. System now working again.

Apparently Bosch has cornered the market on the water-cooled A/C units many condos use and that’s too bad. I just had to replace one that was only 5.5 years old because the compressor failed. This time my other unit, just 6 months old 🤬, had a failed fan box. Maddening to no end but One Hour Air was responsive and professional. They were very good with my tenant and helpful on the phone with me explaining the problem and how they were going to fix it.
